Haha okay maybe that's being a little dramatic but at a time where I needed help or I was going to die the staff at Bon Secours was there to help. They didn't treat me with disgust or contempt, unlike other places, and it made an enormous difference in my recovery. Today I am ten years sober and I just realized that I never thanked you guys. You were the first step on my recovery journey and I will forever be in your debt.

So basically, my doctor could not discuss my cholesterol levels or thyroid levels because someone along the line did not do their job correctly. So now I must go back and do another blood draw and probably get billed for it. I was sent a survey about my experience at the hospital with a heart scan but what is the point in filling it out? Goes to an address in South Bend, Indiana. Don't send me any more surveys because it is a waste of postage and they will go right in the trash. 2/13- I called today and the requisition for the tests not run was in the computer but were not printed out. In the mail today came a letter about a data breach that this hospital had. I am truly disgusted.

On the next day she was admitted into hospital. All the staff we met when she stayed there were responsible, kind, and patient. Especially Dr. Fritzgerald Estinfa, who was in charge of my mother in ER, was very experienced and rich in medical knowledge. He diagnosed accurately and gave the best treatment quickly. He was also very patient when explaining the situation to my mother and persuaded her to accept the next step treatment ASAP, which allowed her symptoms to be relieved the next day without need of surgery. In a word Dr. Fritzgerald Estinfa is not only excellent in his medical practice, but also sincerely concerned for his patient's well being, and care for their emotion need as well. Thanks Dr. Fritzgerald Estinfa and Good Samaritan Hospital, who gave my mother a wonderful experience in a urgent health problem.

They were very concerned not only for my husband but for his family too. I received updated during his surgery with this special App called "Family First" my kids and some friends were able to be updated through Harry's surgery.. This was very much appreciated. And comforting. The nurse Lisa would actually call me at home when he made any progress. Mike the nurse was my husband's favorite nurse. The experience was a great one even in a very scary situation. We also had a private waiting room that was very helpful for family to gather.

I brought up that I would like to have a baby and I feel that this location was my reign of luck. Shortly after, I became pregnant. I saw many doctors and each one did not fall short of wonderful. The nurses were also absolutely amazing. Up to the day of having my baby everything was just wonderful. When it was time to be induced, I was met with wonderful ladies in labor and maternity. Toward the end of my visit, I was so sad to go because it felt like it became home for me and the nurses felt as though I had known them for so long. My daughter Alessandra had a rough first week and came back in to be put in the NICU for Jaundice treatment. The entire time, the nurses were very welcoming and supportive. My daughter as I write this is now 3 weeks old and doing absolutely amazing. She excels every single day and is growing beautiful and healthy. I couldn't thank the whole team enough. It actually makes me look forward to hopefully having another child in the future because I definitely will be coming here if I still live in the area! Thank you to the team at NYPH! You're all loved!

They took her right in and ran tests, found the problem, and admitted her. She was here for 4 days and we family members took turns staying with her. We all were impressed with how attentive, kind, and knowledgeable the doctors and nurses were. (For her privacy, I'm not giving details on her illness or treatment). We also noticed how clean the facility is and how thorough the medical team was with gowns, masks, disinfecting. Mom had her own big room and it was quiet and comfortable. It had big tv with lots of channels which is helpful for not getting bored when you're lying in bed for 4 days. My Mom made a great recovery and is doing quite well now. She said that she felt well taken care of during her stay. Much gratitude to everyone here who helped my Mom recover!

A year later I developed anemia which has become life changing of 7byears with no cause found. 2 years ago my apartment was a mess due to being unable to do anything. The board of health decided I was mentally ill, had my landlord throw everything I owned out ($200,000) and confiscate my cats. I could barely stand, walk or talk. The hospital treated me as a criminal and Timothy Brady verbally abused me during my 4 week stay. I had nowhere to go, so he was going to drop me off at a shelter in my night shirt and slippers. During my stay at the hospital my landlord had my apartment cleaned out and everything thrown away. He even confiscated my car - he had kept asking for money - no I didn't have a lease. I was 66 years old and on SS. I have blamed many started with the Bd of Health but realize it was the incompetence of the doctors who still don't know why I am iron deficient. I lost everything I spent 40 years working for along with family heirlooms, collectibles, antiques, family photos, jewelry and many other things. I see Atlantic health care is all about DEI hiring which explains a lot. I was in the hospital for more iron infusions. My arms developed phlebitis and when I refused the last infusion I was discharged immediately. My arms are bruised, swollen and painful. I now have a heart issue which they are blaming on genetics even though heart issues don't run in my family. My past history of GBS continues to be ignored even though everything started after it. The other night my temp was 101.7 which meant an infection but I am afraid to go back the Newton. I am living in Ibuprofen for the pain. Do Not Go Here if you can avoid it.
