Cecile suggested the Bianca (a white pizza) or Turf & Turf (meat lovers). Both sounded good so Cecile offered us a half and half pizza and it was really good, both kinds. They have inexpensive and expensive wine, we opted for the expensive wine, Austin Hope Cabernet, and it was really good and paired well with the pizza. I would absolutely visit Bergheim pizza again. They also put this yummy herby oil on the crust that makes it even more amazing. The caprese salad was perfect, the tomatoes were nice and firm and the cheese was moist and slightly salty, perfection! The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the tater tots, the flavor was good but they were not crispy. The other reason I knocked off a star was that the wait was super long. Granted I did see that they had a whole lot of orders coming in but we were the only ones in the dining area and it was just a longer than usual wait. I asked for fries and queso (I don't know the menu but seriously, maybe correct me and say, "we don't have queso but we have a cheese dip") the employee seemed confused, put out and responded with attitude. When I politely asked for her name, her response was simply, "Why?" Then proceeded to say Chloe. I seriously thought she was joking...she wasn't. Customer service matters.
