In this time I have worked with countless thousands of realtors throughout the Los Angeles area. If there is one thing that always seems to hold true with these people, it's their ability to somehow misplace their integrity and / or ethics when it's needed most. When is it needed most? When protecting real people just like you from making huge mistakes. They are not there to run blocker between me and my clients nor are they there in some lame attempt to twist my words around to sound more positive and appealing to you the home buyer. They are there to present your offer, present your request for repairs should there be any and fight for you when it is necessary. And... if all else fails there are four words that your realtor NEEDS to be comfortable saying... "let's find another house". After completing an inspection for Jesse's clients a few weeks ago we discovered a few issues which were for all intents and purposes significant. (BTW, this is about the time where you find out pretty quick just what your realtor is made of and Jesse totally caught me off guard and surprised me). He fought tooth and nail for these people to the point where he felt protecting their investment and their families safety meant finding them another home. Which they did. Wow... My friends, this man had ZERO issues with walking away from a commission check which for most of us is considered substantial. There are very VERY few realtors that I know that even come close to this level of integrity. I call it like I see it whether its a home inspection or working with professionals. I have to say it's refreshing to work with a person like Jesse who will actually place people first. In other words, a realtor who cares as much for people as well... they should. This business is all about protection. Whether it's inspections... or realtors we all have a huge responsibility to our clients who place their safety, security and financial trust in us. I look forward to working with Jesse and his team for years to come and I am confident that his clients will all appreciate his honesty, work ethic and above all... his genuine sincerity.

Claiming he had to pay $350 to have it cleaned when I had already cleaned it and told him I was going to clean it myself because I needed that money back. I would have never wasted my time cleaning if I knew he was going to screw me over and charge me anyway.. He also claimed he had to paint, replace a door and clean a wall for a outrageously offensive reason that is not true. I dont even think he looked at the condo himself. I'm sure he is just taking the word of people who just want the money. All I have to say is it's a good thing I took pictures before I returned the keys and you should too. When I called him about picking up the deposit and questioned him about the amount he began to yell at me as if I was child. Completely unprofessional and clearly out for himself to make a buck no matter what it takes. If he really needed the $800 he stole from me he should have said. I was 15 days till closing on the purchase my dream retirement home when the sale of my old house fell out. Not only was I going to lose the new house & my deposit, the hellish experience of marketing a lived-in home & several thousand $$$ spent had been for naught, and I'd be back to ground zero on the relocation plan. Ugh, heartbreaking... Long story short... After over 25 years I was ready to downsize & relocate. I spent a couple years determining where to spend my next chapter. It was at that time I met Erik. The day after my house was put back on the market, I got a call from Erik "Terrie, what happened?!?" and I told him my sad story. When he told me he was in a better place to make a deal than 2 months prior when I was getting this ball rolling & that he could make it possible to keep the dream going. Talk about music to my ears!
