I called in a claim for a single strip of trim which came off of the house and was told they are no longer servicing my area. I was then told that I would have to purchase the siding, find an installer, have it replaced and then put in for reimbursement. This alone is unreasonable since it is not what is stated in the warranty. Furthermore, because it is such a small job, I have been unable to find anyone willing to do it, after several months of searching. This company has not stood by their work nor honored their contract with me.
