I have a new rental that needed move-in cleaning. I received several quotes from different companies. Some with very high reviews gave really high quotes. My house was about 3,200sqft and they quoted me $400. They actually stopped by to check out the house to give me a more accurate quote. Karen and her team is very nice and super hard working. The language barrier is not a problem thanks to google translate. We communicated vis text the whole time without any problem. The house is quite big ao it did take time over 5 hours to finish. The next morning when I return the house is ready for move-in and I cannot believe how much nicer the house is. They were late but communicate with me about it so it's not a problem. I don't mind the late as long as you keep me updated. I will definitely keep them as my go-to cleaning company for all my properties from now on. read more

They arrived almost 2 hours late, and upon arrival I realized there was a language barrier which is fine but because of that I think it's important for them to make sure they understand what the customer is wanting. I requested a deep cleaning of my entire townhome except the garage, they cleaned my upstairs bathrooms and bedrooms well, they cleaned half of my second floor, and they didn't touch my third floor at all. They always are on time and they take their time making sure everything is beyond clean. The service is amazing. They don't speak mush English but somehow we understand each other. Absolutely terrible If you have a property, especially on Airbnb, these are not the cleaners to go to. Everything started off well and then I noticed cleans were becoming quicker and quicker. Which then resulted in the last few guests complaining tremendously about the state of the house cleanliness wise. No attention to detail, leaving my house dirty, stairs dirty, bugs in a fridge, dirty linens and more. All you will hear from them is excuse after excuse or they will unfortunately say the guest is just being extra. There is no excuse for a dirty house after I pay for a clean. There's no excuse for dirty linens, no excuse for bugs to be in the fridge after a clean, no excuse for dirty and hair to still be everywhere after a clean. I paid these people and brought good money to the table for them, even paid in advance sometimes when they were in need. Unfortunately proper services were not provided thus effecting my house, my guests stay and my Airbnb rating and reviews Avoid these people if you want your house cleaned and looking for some attention to detail The photos below are from one stay, not even the other stays that left guests disgruntled and uncomfortable. It's a shame because all of the guests stated I have a very nice and cute property besides the clean which I relied on this cleaning company to handle Let me add that she owes me money, after I left a truthful review, she now insists that I will no longer be getting my money. This lady Karen, who runs this business was supposed to be here this morning at 9 AM for the first cleaning appointment. She texted me soon before the appointment with a video showing the police having coordinate off a house with yellow crime scene tape and someone laying in the middle of the street next to a police car. She said that her helper that helps her clean, had a domestic issue. When I tried to reschedule with her, she replied for me to calm down. I went ahead and canceled future cleans with her. I just moved to Mableton from California and was in search of a good, reliable, affordable cleaning services. We gave KYD a try and loved them. I had Karen and Fernando come when I first purchased my home to do a deep clean so that when my furniture arrived the place would be clean. Now that I'm settled back in, I have them come every 2 weeks. They don't speak much English which isn't a problem for me because I'm learning Spanish anyway. KYD is amazing. Not only did they fit me in for a deep cleaning in a pinch, and accommodated my schedule, but Didier covered every single inch of what he could reach in my apartment. I've never had a better experience with a cleaning company.
