Absolutely blown away by the job they did! My house has never looked or felt this clean. Every single detail was handled with so much care, from the floors to the smallest corners, and they truly went above and beyond in every room. The space feels fresh, peaceful, and brand new. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough, and it's clear they take pride in their work. I walked around in awe afterward. I couldn't be happier and will 100% be booking again. Highly, highly recommend! They completely transformed my home everything is spotless, smells amazing, and feels so refreshed. They didn't rush and made sure every room was cleaned with care and attention to detail. On top of the incredible results, they were kind, respectful, and professional the entire time. Coming home to such a beautifully clean space was the best feeling. I will absolutely be a repeat customer and recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier cleaning services. read more

The cleaning was okay but my water pipe was busted with pouring water when I got home from work. I told them and have not heard from the KayD Cleaning Service yet. read more

10/10!! There's not enough words to describe how amazingly professional this cleaning service was. I was able to schedule a deep cleaning and they fit me in pretty quickly before the holidays. This team is extremely thorough and courteous. They work very hard to make your home shine like new. I would recommend a thousand times over! Best value for my money compared to any other cleaning service I've ever used. read more

It was decent for the price but I just feel like it could've been better. They arrived almost 2 hours late, and upon arrival I realized there was a language barrier which is fine but because of that I think it's important for them to make sure they understand what the customer is wanting. I requested a deep cleaning of my entire townhome except the garage, they cleaned my upstairs bathrooms and bedrooms well, they cleaned half of my second floor, and they didn't touch my third floor at all. I was a bit disappointed but I blamed myself for not making sure they knew what I wanted. Won't be using them again. read more

Job well done. They're professional at cleaning my oven looks new matter of fact everything was done very well. read more

KYD Cleaning Services Atlanta - Home Cleaning Near Me

I have a new rental that needed move-in cleaning. I received several quotes from different companies. Some with very high reviews gave really high quotes. My house was about 3,200sqft and they quoted me $400. They actually stopped by to check out the house to give me a more accurate quote. Karen and her team is very nice and super hard working. The language barrier is not a problem thanks to google translate. We communicated vis text the whole time without any problem. The house is quite big ao it did take time over 5 hours to finish. The next morning when I return the house is ready for move-in and I cannot believe how much nicer the house is. They were late but communicate with me about it so it's not a problem. I don't mind the late as long as you keep me updated. I will definitely keep them as my go-to cleaning company for all my properties from now on. read more

We requested the deep cleaning package deal from KYD Cleaning Services, and they were not only punctual, but when everything was done, it was as if I had clicked my heels three times and magically appeared in a brand-spanking new home with an amazing new smell and much, much more. And the price was reasonable and fair. We were blown away by their dedication, and will most definitely use KYD Cleaning Services from now onwards! read more

I found them on yelp and requested their service and loved their prices. They come to my house once a month to do all of our bathrooms in the house. They always are on time and they take their time making sure everything is beyond clean. The service is amazing. They don't speak mush English but somehow we understand each other. I might add more things for them to do but I don't need much help in my home. read more

Great job cleaning our vacant house. Price was very fair and I appreciated that Karem was careful to ask about the condition of my home. They were able to help me on the tight timeline that I needed. Highly recommend them. read more

I went with a deep clean service. The price was very reasonable for my 3 bed/2 bath house. They did a great job and took care of all the details, including baseboards, blinds, and even the oven. My only complaint is that they were 2 hours late for the agreed upon time. I work from home but it put a crimp in my schedule that I had to work around. Once they got to work, they were efficient and thorough. read more

I needed a deep cleaning done urgently as I had just come home from the hospital, had been ill for a while, and had not been able to do much cleaning. They came out the same day in the afternoon. And did an amazing job! They worked efficiently from one side of the house to the other, even sorting out and cleaning my refrigerator. I'm kinda picky but I will be using them again. Highly recomend read more

They did an AMAZING job! I would definitely hire them again. My house smells amazing and is spotless. 10/10!

Absolutely terrible If you have a property, especially on Airbnb, these are not the cleaners to go to. Everything started off well and then I noticed cleans were becoming quicker and quicker. Which then resulted in the last few guests complaining tremendously about the state of the house cleanliness wise. No attention to detail, leaving my house dirty, stairs dirty, bugs in a fridge, dirty linens and more. All you will hear from them is excuse after excuse or they will unfortunately say the guest is just being extra. There is no excuse for a dirty house after I pay for a clean. There's no excuse for dirty linens, no excuse for bugs to be in the fridge after a clean, no excuse for dirty and hair to still be everywhere after a clean. I paid these people and brought good money to the table for them, even paid in advance sometimes when they were in need. Unfortunately proper services were not provided thus effecting my house, my guests stay and my Airbnb rating and reviews Avoid these people if you want your house cleaned and looking for some attention to detail The photos below are from one stay, not even the other stays that left guests disgruntled and uncomfortable. It's a shame because all of the guests stated I have a very nice and cute property besides the clean which I relied on this cleaning company to handle Let me add that she owes me money, after I left a truthful review, she now insists that I will no longer be getting my money. Disheartening to believe this, especially when we let these people into our homes. read more

I put up a one time house-cleaning project on Yelp, and KYD was the first to respond. After a very short conversation, I got a quote within about fifteen minutes. KYD was consistently communicative when I asked questions. They asked what day I wanted them to come; I told them I was flexible and just needed the cleaning to take place before a certain date. Within a few minutes, they put me on the schedule for the next business day. They showed up and immediately got to work. They went the extra mile without my asking (for example, they cleaned my fridge and freezer) and honored the original quote. They were in and out pretty quickly, and I was impressed with the work. To summarize, they were communicative, efficient and honest. I would definitely recommend KYD. read more

Karem and her team were amazing. Gave me a quote right away and even fit me in really quickly. They cleaned my apartment thoroughly and were very kind and professional. Will definitely use them again. read more

Fabulous Service! Karen & her team were very thorough and our house looked, felt & smelled so clean! I noticed the next day that parts of the hardwood floors in the kitchen were "greasy" -like the product that was used wasn't the best match for those floors... I happened to receive a thoughtful follow up message from Karen. When I communicated about the floors, she and her team came out that same day and re-did the floors!! Top Service! Will definitely use again! read more

KYD Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning my home. Very thorough. Left everything spotless. Very professional, responsive and prompt. Priced fairly, provided great service and value. They were great, did a great job on a move out clean. Lots of dust and grime where furniture was and they got it all!

I was skeptical about booking because this company did not have a lot of reviews, but I am so glad that I did! Booking was easy, they answered all of my questions and the service itself was great. A team of two, Karen and a guy(can't remember his name) arrived to my home prepared and ready to clean. I booked a deep cleaning for my home and they did not miss a thing! I asked that they use my cleaning products and tools and they were totally ok with that. They speak Spanish but that was not an issue because we were able to translate on google. They were very friendly and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the cleaning before they left. The price was also reasonable. They did a great job and I will definitely be booking again. If you're looking for a great cleaning, book them!! read more

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with KYD. I have had some bad experiences with cleaners in the past, but Karen and her crew definitely surpassed my expectations. Communication was great, they arrived exactly when they said they would, and my home is probably the cleanest it has ever been. Not to mention they finished so quickly! I will definitely be booking again read more

This lady Karen, who runs this business was supposed to be here this morning at 9 AM for the first cleaning appointment. She texted me soon before the appointment with a video showing the police having coordinate off a house with yellow crime scene tape and someone laying in the middle of the street next to a police car. She said that her helper that helps her clean, had a domestic issue. When I tried to reschedule with her, she replied for me to calm down. I went ahead and canceled future cleans with her. I do not recommend this business at all. Communicating with her in Spanish was a complete waste of my time. I'm very glad I did not pay her in advance. Be warned. read more

Karem and KYD did a great job with my house! They arrived at 11:30 and finished around 3:30 for a 2,000 sq ft home. They were very in depth with their cleanings, especially the windows and the refrigerator! Overall charge was about $360, which is something I was very happy with. I'm sure they reduce their prices with repeated cleanings as well. Would recommend 10/10 read more

I just moved to Mableton from California and was in search of a good, reliable, affordable cleaning services. We gave KYD a try and loved them. I had Karen and Fernando come when I first purchased my home to do a deep clean so that when my furniture arrived the place would be clean. Now that I'm settled back in, I have them come every 2 weeks. They don't speak much English which isn't a problem for me because I'm learning Spanish anyway. But when we get stuck on communication, I just use Google translate. They are kind, professional and through in their cleaning. I'd give them a try if I were you. I'm happy to have found a company that I can rely on! Gracias Karen y Fernando! xo! read more
