Greedy companies like this with ppl working for them like this need to be shut down! The adjuster Jamila Jones is a nasty person. Despicable adjuster! Do not choose this company for insurance! They are the worst! I've never dealt with anything like this before in my life! My car was set up for an appraisal at an approved site of theirs and now they're telling me that they're waiting for them to approve and send in order to get my car appraised. She's telling me now that oh they're not gonna do it for free and she's telling me that though it's been canceled. Horrible! Low! Terrible! I've been riding in Ubers in my car sitting in my yard waiting to get appraised! She want me to take the picture damage and take a check that I declined. She said it will be a lengthy process. Lies!
