I have been in one of their houses for 9 months and I'm still waiting for doors for the fireplace. 99% of the time they don't call you back. I'm always reaching out to them. The rent is $3,095 and it is not worth it. They put the cheapest carpet and padding in. The kids step on the nails all the time and get hurt. The babysitter said it has ruined her socks as well. Every time we vacuum the end of the carpet comes off. Pretty soon there will be no carpet. I would leave zero stars if I could. read more

I still give this company 5 stars. Yeah maybe Edie was a little grumpy but I know she means well. The whole staff was always very helpful. We were always on time with rent. Then my husband lost his job and we didn't have rent. She helped us out and gave us a couple days to get it settled. I was very said when we had to leave my little home. I have lived in one of their properties for over three years now, even spoke with Miss Claudia on the phone regarding any solution or can Lodge complaint on the severe street walkers roaming in front of our house as well as inside our complex. And number two she was very passive aggressive with her response, saying." Well honey you know homelessness is an epidemic, you can find them at 7-11...(start naming public places) ... I literally had something stolen right in front of my house. It was not even there for 12 hours.... they let homeless people roam up and down their complex even to the point where homeless people can walk up to your front door and take something from front of your house or even break into your house. The complex where I have paid to stay, has had countless incidents with violation of property, privacy as well as theft from homeless people, and the time I've lived there. The apartment complex store center was broken into and all of the landlords as well as the maintenance man's supplies and tools were stolen. One of my neighbors cars were stolen at his parking spot in the complex while he was outside. I have seen unknown characters literally roam around our complex. your safety is in immense danger if you decide to live at any environment that this property management company controls. Most properties barely even have up to par amenities. A barely working oven. You don't even get six minutes of hot running water in the shower, no heat whatsoever only one window so you lack of been ventilation. So, when you put the extreme safety problem of homeless people added to the equation to where you can easily be robbed, assaulted, intimated by your environment that you are paying to inhabit. If you can, please look elsewhere for your living quarters because this property management company will literally put you in harms way for your rent. read more

De Prez was such a blessing and a guardian angel he helped in ways he didn't have to. My dad had passed away and I didn't have help outside my friend. He moved everything out the house for free. And was more than helpful. The transition for moving out was easy im glad becuase I was very overwhelmed. I've lived here for 3 years and the landlord is a slumlord. Her name is Claudia, my brother recently passed away and I had a beautiful, small memorial of him because he also lived there with me too, and she came to the unit and said we need to take everything down and that she was heartless about the whole situation, even though I paid rent and kept my unit clean and never had any problems. The maintenance is horrible I lived in apartment E on Iowa ave and in the back of the unit it's fluttered with human feces. It's a very health hazardous unit, the walls inside the unit turn moldy after a while and she told me to just leave the bathroom window open, when I couldn't because then there will be mold in my bathroom. On thanksgiving my gas and light went out and she told me I was going to have to wait because there's nothing she could do. I've moved already but just a heads up these apartments isn't where you want to be. Also, homeless people have been caught on my camera multiple times trying to break into my apartment. Everything I'm talking about has been told to Claudia and she told me to report to the office and still nothing has happened. read more

Don't be fooled by the new branding. This used to be called Full Spectrum Property Management, and they have not improved with the new management. Just moved out of my house leased through them. The receptionists are very nice and from what I can tell, also very competent. But they can only do so much when they are relying on the people behind the scenes to actually make things happen. -The house was coated in a layer of dust when we moved in because they had just cut into the walls to installed wall a/c units, but never cleaned the floor afterwards. Had to mop twice before we could bring our stuff inside. -Took over a week to get more than a single key for the house (I had a roommate), even though they promised 3 keys upon move in. -Took 3 months to fix a safety hazard in our house (warped metal heating grate sticking up into the middle of the hallway that, if you stepped on it, would either slice your foot or flex to the point that your entire foot would go through the floor and into the crawl space). I sent 3 emails, submitted 2 maintenance requests through their online portal, spoke with them on the phone on multiple occasions, and even went in in person before this was finally fixed 3 months later. -When our heater broke, the heating company they commissioned had the worst service I've ever experienced. On 3 different occasions, they did not show up when they said they were going to, so I had taken off of work, was waiting for them, and had to call after 30 minutes of waiting, only to learn that they actually couldn't make it that day. Then when they finally came, they said they couldn't fix it because the guy was too big to fit in our crawl space, so they were going to have to cut open a hole in the middle of our living room to access the crawl space from the top instead. INSANE!! I told them I did not want them to do that, and eventually (after they again failed to show up when they said they were going to), brought a smaller guy to go into the crawl space and fix the heater. -Trish was 45 minutes late to our move-out walk-through, after I told them that I had to specifically request off of work for the walk-through and had limited time. -The walkthrough consisted of Trish walking around taking notes, but not telling me and my roommate anything. When we asked her what we needed to do before moving out (for example, do we need to fill the nail holes in the wall), she said "oh, i hadn't noticed there were holes. I guess that would make it easier for the painters". Nothing concrete. What she was furiously taking notes about in silence, I have no idea. It was a complete waste of time. -Was charged for rent the month after I moved out, which was automatically withdrawn from my account. When I called to ask for a reimbursement, it took them 5 days to do so because "it hadn't shown up in their account yet, so they couldn't be sure they would ever get the money", even though I had a confirmation number from their own website and a bank statement proving that it had been moved from my account to theirs. -Didn't get my pet deposit back until I called to specifically request it. If I had not called, I would not have ever received it. -All the security deposit reimbursement checks were in my name, but sent to my roommate's forwarding address. Even though I gave them my forwarding address. And told them a second time that my roommate's address was not the same as mine. If you can avoid this company, do so. read more

The inspector did finally come to check out the rodent issue at the property. I am sure glad the management called Pixie Frank is great he has been called out before and the problem was resolved very quickly. The management did call and apologize and I really appreciated that. The water was slowly coming out of the faucet and needed to be fixed PERIOD! I find it ironic that once I posted this review 1 day later the issue was resolved. Very interesting that three people wrote reviews on the same day and all gave a 5 Stars??? This company took over and sent letters out claiming their main focus was going to be the tenants and requests would be answered promptly. Nothing has changed. In the years we've rented we have put in for maybe two service calls. First one was out heater never worked, so we called it in since it was actually cold this winter. No call backs. It wasn't until we called again that they then sent someone out. Our next call was done over a month and a half ago and still nothing! The lack of communication and response is ridiculous. We've called twice and all we get is "we are waiting for homeowner approval". So do they not hold the homeowners accountable?? Not once have we received the call saying they were working on it and they we're having problems with this homeowner making a decision. You would think they would have some type of protocol or procedure for this kind of stuff. When I worked in property management we had to be responsive and had to respond back in a TIMELY MANNER. The reviews for FSM were the same and seems like we are not the only ones. So I will assume these sudden reviews done on the same day are bogus. read more

I would not rent from this property management. The ladies in the front are rude and not helpful at all. The office manager does not know what she's doing and you can never get a hold of her.
