Dr. Trimmell is always so friendly and explains everything to me. I personally have never had braces and the first time going here I was intimidated because I didnt know who I was dealing with. I didnt know wether they would try to convince me that my child needed braces simply because they wanted my money. All of those fears were put at ease when Dr. Trimmell explained the treatment my daughter needed. I understood everything he said and even asked more questions if I had concerns. He didnt make me feel stupid for asking either. He is professional and very nice. My daughter loves her appointments, she never puts up a fight. Plus everytime she goes she gets to pick out new color bands. I highly recommend Dr. Trimmell for any of your orthodontic needs. We're not familiar with Dr. Anders so I cant say anything about him. Both seem like nice guys.

There was no compassion on his part. It was very discouraging for me and my mother. My mom just wants the best for me. She wants me to be able to have a good orthodontist. And someone that I can relate to. He made me feel like I'm not a person. And that my mom was the one he dealt with. So if you want someone who has compassion. That recognizes you as a person. Resulting in more costly procedures. After waiting a month for a crown, 7 to 8 novocaine shots, I was told that the nerve was too damaged for a crown. That I needed a root canal. That's an additional $1100.00. If my crown had bee done the day that I went to the dentist, this probably wouldn't have happened.

This place is a joke. We start my daughter's journey, she…read moregets the pictures and whatever, makes an appt to start braces. Go in for this appt. "Oh we're not doing braces we're taking pictures because you had teeth removed" No one single person said 1 word about removing teeth. So basically the appt was paper work, and for what? We already filled it out online, filled it out on the first initial picture appt. And now to fill it out again? And then go over finances. "It's going to be $6k" "Okay so how much of that is covered by insurance?" "You have insurance? We don't have that in the paper work" "YES YOU DO, I submitted it twice already" So about 45 minutes of doing Finanical because now we have to wait for them to process insurance and all that jazz.. Queue to a few appts later, as we have talked about Jaw surgery also. Send us to the surgeon that they "work closely with" CREEEEP continues to tell my 16 year old daughter that "I don't want to do this if it's because you're changing the way you look, you look beautiful like you are" "Excuse me, we were referred here by her orthodontist" "I don't see that in my notes" 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby for this guy that they "work closely with" doesn't even have her charts and her pictures or notes, spends about 40 minutes telling us about nothing important. Gross experience there Now queue to almost a year later I get a call " insurance isn't going to cover much of this because she's had braces before" "Yeah she had them when she was 7 and still growing but that wasn't up to me" "Well insurance only covers a lifetime ortho of $1500" "Okay so why haven't I been talked to about this a loooong time ago, we are almost a year in" Thankfully there they just added it on the back half of my payments. But like, were you never going to tell me? I'm sure insurance rejected it a long time ago. You can never get an emergency appt if something breaks. It's always "I have xyz for 2 weeks" okay so I'm paying for braces, that are not going to work if a wire snaps. And I have to wait weeks to get in to get it fixed. Over all 0/10 I would not recommend unless you like hassles

Went in for a cleaning that seemed normal enough. The overall visit was good, until I had my…read morereview/checkup performed by the dentist himself and was made aware of a lot of costly procedures that he wanted to line me up for immediately including 4 cavities and the necessity to perform some kind of epoxy work. This hit me as odd as I've yet to have a cavity in my life and all of the sudden this new to me dentist has all kinds of things he wants to do. Since this visit I've been to two more highly reviewed dentists and not mentioned a thing about this visit. Not to my surprise there were no mentions of imminent cavities or other necessary dental work needing to be performed all the while going into great detail of my x-rays showing my tooth health and what warning signs one should look out for etc. Overall I am not pleased with my visit and will not be returning.

I spent thousands and thousands of dollars and my daughter teeth were not straight from the first week she had her braces off. My sons after a few months. They wear the retainers like they are supposed to. So sad. I see their friends teeth who went to other orthodontist and they got much much better results.
