This hit me as odd as I've yet to have a cavity in my life and all of the sudden this new to me dentist has all kinds of things he wants to do. Since this visit I've been to two more highly reviewed dentists and not mentioned a thing about this visit. Not to my surprise there were no mentions of imminent cavities or other necessary dental work needing to be performed all the while going into great detail of my x-rays showing my tooth health and what warning signs one should look out for etc. Overall I am not pleased with my visit and will not be returning.

The hygientist who cleaned my teeth was rude, she hit my gums multiple times, blaming me for having senstive gums. My gums were not tender before sitting in her chair, but hurt after, I never experienced in a dentist office before. When it was time to see the dentist he came in wearing a headlamp, he and the hygientist spoke about my treatment as if I was not in the room. He then addressed me briefly while shining his headlamp in my eyes, he didn't hang around for questions. The experience was unprofessional. We miss the professionalism and patient care provided by Dr Farmer and his team.
