So I scheduled my 13 years old's appointment with the suggested girl. When I took her in today. I was told that she charges the same for color weave $140 and $40 to trim her ends. I made sure I told the stylist that my daughter wanted to be pretty blond. when I went back 3 hrs later, my daughter wasn't as blond as i requested and when she checked my out, my total was now $240. I said $80 more than I was told??? she said they had to use extra color. $80 for more color??? and for color that was not as blond as asked for.... Needless to say, we will not be returning or recommending.

The only drawback is that they often close before the hours shown, so there's no chance for a walk-in or even making an appt when they show they are still open.

I asked if I could make an appointment to get my eyebrows waxed and she said there would be a 40 minute wait (that's not what I asked). I went ahead and went in 40 minutes later, and I walked in and the lights were all off and it was completely empty except for one girl at the desk. No one was working, and there was not one customer. It felt really shady, but I went back into the wax room with her. She was nice, really friendly, but then she took a personal call. Okay, not a big deal, we was done pretty quickly. She was clearly rushed because she got a text from her boyfriends mom saying they were putting their cat down and she wanted my eyebrow lady to get ahold of her boyfriend so he could be there. Already not great. I started wondering how she could see what she was doing, because the lights were all off like I said. She only worked on my brows for maybe 5 minutes total. One strip above each brow, one below, and one in the middle. That's it. Almost no tweezing or anything. Then she handed me the mirror and I couldn't see what my brows looked like because it was dark, so I decided to trust her. She charged me $15 which is more then a lot of places that I have gotten good brow work done at. Then when I got outside and looked in the mirror in my car I was horrified. My brows were two completely different shapes, one was straight as an arrow and the other one was arched. She had waxed off a lot of the top part of one brow and a lot of the bottom part of the other one, so I couldn't even fix it. She left stray hairs EVERYWHERE, and she said she trimmed them, but they were still really long. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Almost like they are afraid to do so. It's was like getting a very expensive polish change. Too much bad mouthing going on about other clients (very loud speaking). Was very unprofessional. I would never go back. Hands: no polish just file and somewhat cuticle removal( 80% cuticles still left behind) $20. Pedicure: soak, somewhat cuticle removal (80% cuticles still left behind), salt scrub, hot towel, lotion rubbing (not a massage), and shellac polishing. $45. Tip $20 ( because I understand coat of living even tho I did not get the service that I expected to get). Which was cuticles clean up and dead skin removal was my main concern. I highly recommend not going there because the lack of service. You will get rip off. I've been in the industry for 28 years ( retired now) and never have I seen this kind of service. Even my students in the past does better work while they're in school than a professional salon. Just giving an honest review that's all.
