Agent does not call you back…read more When you call his cell, his voicemail states the best way to get in touch with him is by text and you are unable to leave a message as his mailbox is full. You text, he does not text back. I had a question about my bill and left 3-4 messages at the office with no return call. Today, I got a call from a collection agency. I texted him and he finally got back to me, despite not responding to any messages I left him. And, it was my fault, as he stated that I should have followed up on text messages I had sent if I had not heard back from him. I thought my agent was supposed to be working for me? Supposed to help and make my life easy? Poor customer service. You will be disappointed!! Shop around. Also, found other agents who offered insurance at a much lower rate who actually treated you like you were their customer and that they cared about having your business.
