After being recommended to Dr. Jones by a friend, I was incredibly pleased! He was very kind and his assistant, Gail is phenomenal!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Butler and the entire team. From…read moremy very first consultation and follow up appointments, I felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Butler took the time to listen to my goals, answer every question, and explain the procedure in detail. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated the honest recommendations. I am only two weeks post op and am already extremely happy with the results . The incisions are healing beautifully, and the attention to detail is evident in the outcome!

I underwent a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Butler in July 2024. During my consultation, I clearly stated my two main goals: reducing my dorsal hump and lifting or rotating the nasal tip. Dr. Butler told me that my tip angle was already appropriate and that reducing the dorsal hump would cause the tip to "fix itself." Although I questioned this explanation, I trusted his professional judgment and proceeded with surgery. From the early postoperative period, it was evident that something was wrong. Even with the cast still on, my nasal tip appeared droopy and unsupported. I also want to note that no taping or support was ever used postoperatively to help maintain tip position. I was repeatedly reassured that this was normal and advised to "give it time." At cast removal, the issue became more apparent. Although swelling masked some of the deformity, my tip remained rotated downward, consistent with a developing pollybeak deformity. I again raised concerns and was told that all swelling had "settled into the tip" from the cast and that there was nothing to worry about. Between two and three months post-op, after moving out of state, I sent multiple emails to Dr. Butler's nurse expressing concern about my collapsed, downward-drooping tip and a prominent bump at the tip of my nose that appeared to be protruding cartilage. These concerns were again dismissed and attributed to swelling due to my being "very active," and I was told I would need to wait until six months post-op for evaluation. At my six-month in-person appointment, my appearance had not improved and had, in fact, worsened. I raised my concerns directly with Dr. Butler regarding the obvious pollybeak deformity. His response was dismissive; he stated, "Someone's been online, haven't they," and told me that my nose looked great and that he "wouldn't have changed a thing." No revision, corrective plan, or financial accommodation was offered. Following this appointment, I consulted with three well-known U.S. revision rhinoplasty specialists, all of whom independently confirmed a clear pollybeak deformity, a droopy and under-rotated tip, and protruding cartilage irregularities. Ultimately, I required revision rhinoplasty at fifteen months post-op, at an additional cost of $15,000. Several months after my surgery, I reviewed the practice's website and was shocked to find my photos being used in a misleading manner. Although I signed a photo release, I did not consent to false or deceptive representation. The photo labeled as my "before" image is actually my six-month post-op result, while the photo labeled as my "after" image appears to be taken within the first month post-op, when swelling temporarily obscured the deformity. The website claims the "after" photo was taken at four months post-op, despite me not having a four-month appointment. If my nose truly "looked great," it is concerning that my unsatisfactory six-month result was used as a "before" image. I have attached screenshots and accurate before-and-after photos for reference. I reached out to the office to express my concerns regarding my postoperative care and the misleading use of my photos and received no response. I am sharing my experience so that others can make a fully informed decision and avoid the physical, emotional, and financial distress that I endured.

I went to Dr. Mendieta in March 2022 for a second round of liposuction and a BBL. Unfortunately, I…read moredeeply regret my decision. I live with it every day and wish I could take it back. Since the procedure, I've experienced ongoing issues with my stomach, including changes to my skin, my belly button, and very poor ab etching that have been extremely difficult to live with. The results were not what I expected, and the impact on my confidence has been significant. What has been most upsetting is that this was a revision procedure--I went in hoping to improve my results, not create new concerns. The day of my surgery was the only time I ever saw Dr. Mendieta. He told me I had an excellent body and stomach, and then recommended adding fat to my upper abdomen to help my abs "pop." Trusting his judgment, I agreed. Looking back, I regret that decision deeply. I had heard from others that his practice was not what it once was, and I wish I had listened. After surgery, I never saw or spoke to him again. When I was in the office feeling extremely weak and close to collapsing, the staff was rude and not helpful. I had drains that were not functioning properly and ultimately required an emergency blood transfusion. I had to extend my stay longer than planned. Different nurses gave me conflicting information, especially regarding whether I should massage my stomach, since fat had been grafted into my upper abdomen. I never had a proper postoperative visit with him to address my concerns. I also questioned how many patients were being operated on per day, because surgeries of this type require significant time and care, and my experience did not feel that way. My ab etching results are very poor, my stomach skin is loose, my belly button looks unnatural, and my skin has remained discolored and splotchy. My left arm was also permanently affected, with visible indentations from aggressive liposuction, and one arm is now noticeably larger than the other. During my blood transfusion, nurses struggled to place the IV, and my arm became severely swollen. I also had broken drains for several days, while receiving different and conflicting instructions from staff. There are uneven lines in my stomach, areas of indentation, hard areas, too aggressive of lipo left with no fat. I have sagging skin now that is creasing and creating deep lines. My upper abs stick out unevenly. The blotchiness is awful. I'm not sure how I can even fix it. My first doctor did a beautiful job. ALSO- lipo done too much only my thighs and back of legs (banana rolls) I now have cellulite I never had before, and indents and uneven legs. Don't do it. I also work out 5 days a week and eat very healthy and have lost 30 lbs since my surgery. At one point, I was offered a revision for free (aside from anesthesia), but after my experience, I do not feel comfortable trusting the same surgeon again. This experience has left me extremely unhappy and has affected my confidence and well-being. I have had multiple cosmetic procedures in the past, including two BBLs and two breast augmentations, and this was by far the worst medical and surgical experience I have ever had. Everyone's experience is different, but I believe it's important for anyone considering surgery to carefully research, ask detailed questions, and fully understand the possible risks and long-term outcomes before moving forward. Never rush your experience, trust your gut, and I had all the money at the time to go anywhere and unfortunately I was not in my right mind and chose him. I had friends who walked out of his office- I wish that were me. BLUE bathing suit and BLUE workout clothes are my stomach before Mendieta. perfect, all others are after.

The ER doctor she needed an blood transfusion and she almost became septic. This Dr destroyed her stomach with liposuction burned her from the inside out and her skin became Neurotic and fell off. Thats not the worst part. He removed some "Balls" from the upper part of her butt and he removed so much skin that it left her with HUGE OPEN WOUND. I had to take her to an wound specialist. She was misreable and in so much pain. Please find another DR, you will regret it if you go to him.
