The only other thing he said was due to shady practices by the previous owners they couldn't tell me over the phone. I went back to today Feb 17th and she says I have no minutes left. I said that must be some mistake I was just in here and the owner looked it up. So she lets me tan takes my number and shortly after I leave the owner calls me telling me my minutes expired. Said they expired at the end of January when I tell him I tanned less than two weeks ago he then says when he updated the software it deleted all old minutes. I feel like the old owners aren't the shady ones. This is complete shit for customer service and would not recommend this place! The new Anytime Fitness will have new lay down and stand up beds so I'll be going there and will definitely let everyone know about my experience with this place! Let me also add no signs on the door or anywhere in the building about minutes expiring at a certain time but first and foremost the owner himself did not say a word when I was in on February 6th

When you walk into Ruby Rays, you are always greeted with a friendly "hello" from the staff and or…read morethe owner, Annalee Schott. The retail store is very unique and offers many items such as sun glasses, shirts, purses, tanning lotions and supplies and much more. The service there sets the business apart from any other in the region. Beds are always maintained with quality bulbs, clean and sanitary for customer use. I have to say if you want a quick tan, the best spray tan is done by Ruby Rays! If you need a piercing, Annalee is the only person to trust with the skills and training to do it right the first time. She provides outstanding piercing aftercare guidelines and expertise that will keep anyone coming back. I personally have known Annalee for 5 years and as a customer, she is by far a trustworthy, ethical business owner. I have yet to meet anyone that would say something different.

Needed to get my nails done real quick for a wedding I was in town for. I tried to call but the…read moreline was busy so I went in person to do a walk in. They don't prefer walk ins so I highly recommend making an appointment- I still got a same day appointment for a couple hours later. My nail tech, Louis (not sure if that's his real name) was such a sweetheart. FYI: The prices are California prices which were shocking. Also, highly recommend bringing cash tip so you can personally tip your nail tech! Unfortunately, Louis won't be at the nail salon for much longer and will be going to work at different salon.

Firstly, the male manicurist with glasses, had dirty and unkept nails on his own hands that were unpleasant to look at. A manicurist should maintain their own nails professionally and they should be clean and even at a minimum. This is what turned me off as soon as I sat down. He also presented an unwelcoming attitude. This particular technician was wearing a mask that was only positioned over his chin and mouth and occassionally coughed He seemed upset that I wanted regular polish instead of gel. But the manicure itself is what really counts. This was the quickest manicure I have ever had and probably the lowest quality. The entire basic manicure from start to finish was complete in 20 minutes. My hands were in the water less than 3 minutes combined to soften the skin. Cuticle grooming and trimming was poorly done and I had plenty of cuticle and dry skin to trim but left the shop with most of it still intact and my cuticles were not pushed back to round them out, they were left somewhat jagged. The arm massage was very brief and there was no massaging of the hands. Then the polish. I have never had so much polish on my skin from a professional that needed to be cleaned up and not all of it was addressed. I was told it will come off when I wash my hands. The whole experience felt rushed and bothered that I still have pieces of cuticle that need trimmed. I am not discounting the shop as a whole because I have only experienced one technician but based off the technician that I had I would not recommend this nail salon. Technician needs to be trained to take more time, be more detailed and should find out what type of manicure a person wants. I would have done paraffin as my hands are dry. Not at all impressed with the mail technician I had. There were 4 males working at the time of my service. There was a female technician that was helpful with color and friendly.
