As soon as I signed up and realized that I would need to buy a new phone to use WW, I immediately tried to cancel. They refused. I'm stuck paying $18/month for 3 months for absolutely nothing. I can't track points or make a plan for how many points I should have. I can't even calculate points in the food I cook for my partner, nor can I view my old data from when I previously had a membership.

A screen popped up with this great deal. What normally cost I thought was $149.00 for the program and medicine I could get it for $74.00 if I signed up for a 12 month program instead of the $149.00 if you joined month-to-month. I joined only to find out that the program would cost $74.00 for 12 months and the GLP-1 would cost an additional $149.00. I cancelled immediately. I was informed that I was locked in to the $74.00 for 12 months regardless. I was struck paying $74.00 for a program I did not sign up for. I joined for the GLP-1 program which I did not get. This complaint is to warn others of the misinformation, false advertising and marketing, and misleading practices. I was once a total advocate for WW and now will be advocating against WW. I will gladly share all my documentation with snapshots of each screen from start to finish of the program to include the cancelation process which is nothing like the old weight watchers that was built on having a better lifestyle through a healthier you.
