I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. Moving forward, I really hope this issue can be rectified.

Now don't try to shift blame and not take accountability. Before she put the pink gel on that I didn't approve i told her i wanted a milky white background for my French manicure. She proceeded to still put the pink and say "it will be painted milky white after. Of course I would trust the professional right? WRONG. She handed me off to another tech to finish my French manicure and I told the guy what I wanted...Milky white background. In disappointment he said why did she put the pink instead of the milky white. Then apologized and said if we do the milky white it would make the nail thicker which I specifically said I didn't want (I wanted my nails thin". I had to settle for the pink which I didn't want because I didn't want to waste anymore of my time. At the end I paid $155 and they kept demanding tip. I gave $5 and they said "between the three??" And I'm like???? I tipped Kathy very well because I know hard work, dedication, and care but if you give me Mickey Mouse how can you expect tip??? Come on now, let's use our brains instead of having it there for decoration. Thank you Kathy and screw everyone else there!!

I usually get dip with tips, and she does a fantastic job every time. Sophie, the owner, has also done my nails and is equally talented. But as much as I love how my nails look when I leave, what keeps me coming back is how welcoming everyone is. All the women there are so friendly, conversation flows easily, and I always leave in a good mood. The person next to me in the pedi chair spoke on her phone for a good portion of her pedi and THEN played some Tik Tok videos at full volume. And she was not a young person. She was older than me and I'm in mid 60's. Then came recipes she was listening to. She finally moved to Mani chair with the videos still playing. I could hear it back in the pedi area.
