I came back in August to get a tooth gem while my friend got her eyebrows micro-bladed/tattooed on. I came back to get my lashes lifted & tinted in October and to get a tooth gem (my first one fell off too soon- within a week of getting it, but when I called to tell them, they were quick to apologize & reschedule to get it out back on). You can get your lips tinted, eyebrows put on (or waxed off), tooth gems, and brow laminations, but I think there is more to come! This is a woman owned & operated business, and it is gorgeous on the inside- so crisp & clean. I love being in here. There's a parking garage close by, and the entrance to Atelier is in the backside of the building (a little tricky). I love it here, and that's all I'll say about that. read more

Basic stuff: the business was very clean, open, friendly, and great music. I came in to get my eyebrows microbladed and I am now angry I waited so long to get this done. Ivy discussed what I wanted (and didn't want) with regards to them and she got to work, letting me know what she was doing at every step. I visited the establishment a few times. Very satisfied with the work by Ivy and Patience. Had my last visit with Patience over a year ago. Had to reschedule the touch-up appt. a few times due to scheduling conflicts. I get it; it's annoying to a business owner. The website booking system allowed it and I had no choice but to re-book. Patience also asked to reschedule due to some conference/training taking place on the day of my follow-up appointment and I understood. The day before my appointment, unfortunately, I got the flu. Called the business to reschedule as I didn't want to infect anyone. I left a voicemail. The next day, the business owner charged my credit card a fee without giving notice. Was able to get the fee refunded but I was never allowed to re-book my follow-up appointment. read more

I felt welcomed upon walking into Atelier, this place is welcoming and embodies a business run by strong, independent, and inspiring women. Miche briefed me on everything and answered all the questions I had. After talking for a while about the desired outcome, we decided on a shape. Atelier is a professional,beautiful and extremely welcoming studio. There's a large selection of tooth gems and they are so knowledgeable, caring and committed to what they do. I immediately fell in love with the idea of a tooth gem and quickly went to Savannah who very mindfully and professionally iced out my tooth! My eyebrows are low maintenance and pretty full (I only pluck stray hairs here and there and trim when necessary), and I haven't let ANYone touch my eyebrows in years after bad waxing and threading. I did not hesitate one second to let Ivy tattoo my brows by "fluffing" them up and filling in sparse areas. She numbed the area and the process was painless. I came across this studio on instagram actually. I was drawn too the chiche modern vibe. I booked online- (which was very convenient and easy to use btw) When I arrived for my appointment I was very impressed by how intimate and personal it was. I'm used to a typical tattoo shop feel but this studio is mostly by appointment only I do believe, which is great because you really get to talk to the artists, and figure out what works best for you. Which is very important considering I was getting my brows done and they're on my face, haha. But coming from someone who had never had any form of cosmetic tattooing done- I really do love my brows. Like I said before Savannah did mine, and she did awesome! I did "ombré brows" which is really just more of a finished look, instead of the more natural route. The process itself was super easy and she worked with me to figure out my shade, and shade to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is beautiful and the cosmetic tattooer was very polite. However, I am not 100% happy with my brows. They still don't have the shape I was going for (I made sure to show pictures of how I drew them in and pictures of brows she had done that I liked. ) and you cannot see much of the tattoo. I expressed this after my first appt At the touch up and she said they would show more this time and they were still coming through however there isn't much change and my left one is patchy. When you leave they look great but it is hard to completely tell until they have healed. And I followed all pre and post care instructions. I do not see the difference I was hoping for in my brows. Again though the environment was great and the cosmetic tattooer was very nice. read more

Kelli Mariah cancelled my appointment, a first time customer, because she chose to party the night before our Saturday appointment and cancelled at 7:00am the day of the appointment and if I don't reschedule with her within 3 days, I, yes me, the 1st time customer will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Fraud. Beware. Completely unprofessional. Clearly there is no work ethic which means her quality of work must be less than par so I am choosing to see this experience as God intervening to save me some very expensive corrective work. I wouldn't trust her with any type of semi permanent or permanent procedures. Please note....if this was "Covid" related ALL of her appointments would have been cancelled for the next 5-7 days and they are not. Just excuses.... read more

The Shop is super easy to find, and very cozy. I've always felt super uncomfortable getting services done with lots of people around or coming in and out of a shop. This is a very intimate setting (it was just me and the brow tech), where lots of time and focus are placed on you. My brows were first mapped out to show mathematically/scientifically where my brows should be, then a plan of attack was put into place. The tech listened to what I wanted, and gave pointed, experienced advice. That I'm glad I took! My brows look amazing!
