The doctor seemed to be nice, so after a free consultation, I decided to trust them and give it a try even though it was EXPENSIVE. The procedures were done by a middle aged Korean man who seems to be nice, but the more I visited and got treatments from him, the more he started making me feel uncomfortable with all his questions. For example, he would ask me things like "do you have a boyfriend" and the next thing he says is something along the lines of "a lot of our patients who have a lot of acne still have boyfriends". Like man what are you trying to say??? In terms of the actual treatments and results, I did not see ANY significant results like they promised. Sure some pimples went away but it never solved the root cause so the acne always came back. Even though I still have around $500 worth of sessions left, I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVER EVER AGAIN!! I wish I knew this sooner, but if you're suffering from bad hormonal acne like I did, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and cut or at least minimize your dairy and sugar intake!!! I completely cut out dairy and sugary drinks (i also try to eat less gluten) and MY SKIN HAS NEVER BEEN CLEARER. I stopped having those painful acne and my skin is also way less oily. So don't waste your money on those treatments, and instead be mindful of what you eat! I saw other people in the review also talking about being lied to and treated unfairly, and I 100% agree with all of them. Before each treatment, the same middle aged Korean man took pictures of me with his iPad. I made sure with him every time that I don't want to be posted on any of their websites. He insisted every time that those pictures are just for me and that they won't post those pictures anywhere. Months later, I see pictures of me in their Yelp photos. So PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I genuinely don't understand how they have such good reviews.

They cancelled my appt the night before…read more Just for context: I booked the appointments 2.5 weeks ago to surprise my best friend for her birthday. I even went out of my way to message them and let them know that I was booking for 2 slots at the same time - they confirmed and said they were able to accommodate both of us (screen shot attached). I only received a reminder/confirmation of my appointments the day before my actual appointment - text messages and emails (screen shot attached). Then I receive a text message from an unknown # claiming to be from the spa assuming I cancelled the appointment?? In which I responded right away to let them know I did NOT cancel and that we are still set to go to our appointments the next day. I kept texting for confirmation until I finally received a response 2.5 hours (at almost 9pm!!) later saying they are actually cancelling my appointments and that they are "sorry." (Screen shot attached). No rescheduling efforts, no NOTHING. So here I am, calling my best friend at 9pm the night before we were supposed to go to this appointment I scheduled well in advanced to let her know the birthday plans I had were now cancelled. It's truly unfortunate that I have to give a 1-star review because I'm assuming this is a small business and they really rely on reviews, but this isn't how you conduct business. For them to first make the assumption and insinuate that I wasn't showing up to my appointment and that I had cancelled? To then not responding in a timely manner just to let me know hours later they are actually the one cancelling on me? I feel like they knew they wanted to cancel on me and instead of just owning that upfront, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I needed to cancel.
