What impressed me the most was how carefully they analyzed my facial expressions before doing anything. They didn't just inject in the usual spots. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working. Based on that, they explained where Botox would help and, just as importantly, where it was not necessary. That level of detail made me feel very comfortable because it was clear they were focused on natural results rather than simply using more product. I especially appreciated that they were conservative and thoughtful with the injections. They avoided placing Botox in areas that didn't truly need it, which made me feel like I was in very honest and experienced hands. Another pleasant surprise was how little the injections hurt. I was honestly expecting it to be more uncomfortable, but the technique was so gentle that it was much easier than I imagined. I insisted on doing areas one at a time and scheduled my first appt with a deposit left. A few days later I called to ask and go over what my treatment plan was (exact areas that would be treated ), in what way, with what filler types and what the maintenance would cost me and how often moving forward. She (Nataly) kept saying she was trustworthy and transparent but didn't answer my questions and rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next day. To be fair- On that call she did mention again very minimally some things but only because I continued to ask and explained it wasn't that I didn't trust her, but that wanted to keep track of what was being done to my face/ have a map of treated areas and know all of this to ensure I could maintenance the work I was going to pay a lot to have done. - she continued to push for me to trust her without having answered any of my questions .
