I wouldn't go anywhere else for services, and I'm a nurse injector myself, so I am very critical and extremely selective about where I go for treatment. Elina has taught me so much. It is obvious she is highly educated and trained and shows a deep passion for the aesthetic industry. Her prices are reasonable but the service she provides will far exceed your expectations! (Btw, don't ever go to a medspa with the cheapest prices-that's a red flag and you will get what you pay for). Elina does my tox. Two different employees -- Laurie and Val -- worked on my face, and both times the results were unacceptable. When I brought my concerns directly to the owner, Ashley, I was absolutely shocked by her response. Rather than showing empathy, professionalism, or even basic concern, she was dismissive, argumentative, and condescending. I showed her clear photos of my face and explained what was wrong, and instead of taking responsibility, she had excuse after excuse. At no point did she acknowledge any fault or show genuine care for the situation. Her attitude -- including a smirk while I was explaining how upset I was -- made the situation even more upsetting and insulting. This wasn't a one-time issue. This happened not once, not twice, but three times, and each time I was met with deflection and blame-shifting instead of solutions. For a business that charges what they do, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and frankly deceived. Based on my experience, this place is more concerned with protecting their ego and profits than the well-being of their clients. I am now exploring further action because this situation was handled so poorly and irresponsibly. I want to make sure this gets posted so others don't have the unfortunate experience that I had with Concierge Aesthetics in Geneva, IL. I saw Lynn for "Coolsculpting" in my chin area. This was to be done throughout 2 treatments. Treatment 1 was relatively uneventful and performed by Lynn. The device fell off a few times most likely due to inadequate adhesion to the surface of my skin. There were also a few thermal events that can occur when the machine detects a temperature change on the skin. Lynn said to come back in a few days to retreat to this area. Little did I know that cool-sculpting should only be performed on the same area no more than once every 30 days, not 2 times in 5 days. Treatment 2 was the same except this time there was tremendous pain and pressure during the treatment and after. Lynn assured me as did the office manager that this pain was subside later on and go away. The pain did stop, but the damage was done. I was left with a permanent scar across the lower jawline that was in the shape of the device! When I showed the staff including the MD and the COO Laura they were dismissive, rude, and condescending. They tried to diminish the pain I was in and make me look foolish. I tried reaching out to management including the Chief Operating Officer, Laura but my emails and calls were ignored. I was refunded but want to warn everybody about my experience, It has been more than 6 months and the scar keeps getting darker with time. Please don't make the same mistake I did. I was severely injured and I want to prevent this from happening to someone else. Don't ever get cool-sculpting, and don't ever go to Concierge!
