Then they go ahead and charge again for hospital services, as if the treatment were being given in a hospital instead of their offices. Service is by residents and interns rather than their house physicians, and they often leave you waiting for hour or more. They put a tiny bandage on my "surgery" and it bled all down my arm after I left the office, and I had to return to get the wart re-frozen. What's more, insurance didn't cover a lot of this, so I had to pay even more for this than I did for a recent hospitalization of two weeks!

I saw Dr Diab…read more First of all, do not let the scheduler experience convince you to go somewhere else. She tried to tell me I had to make separate appts for each issue. The waiting room was crowded, but staff is very nice. The doctor went through all my concerns and was very calm and thorough. My issues warranted medication, and for each he told me when I should see results by, and to reschedule if I didn't. He asked additional history questions to assure there couldn't be any other causes. When I realized a medication was not called in and I was missing some notes I called the office. The doctor called me back personally, called in the missing medication, and clarified anything my notes were lacking. He also apologized for the error. And again, asked if there was anything else. They asked if I could come in later, gave me a time, I said sure. I grabbed coffee, then headed over when they called me later. However, once I got there and filled out paperwork I was told we would have to reschedule, fine. They made an appointment with me, for 5/19/25 at 1:30. I showed up, and they told me they had no record of the appointment, that was made in house. The same girl was there both times. She asked me to sit, and called. I heard her giggling on the phone and then she called me back and said they'd have to reschedule, again. I told them I wasn't interested and left. When your job is to schedule things, you should probably do it properly. People drive out of their way, and build schedules around appointments, and should be treated with respect. Practitioners may be nice, but I would have no idea.
