She really listens to your concerns and will provide the best treatment possible. Sometimes they may not work on the first visit but she is always willing to keep trying to provide a solution. While others passed on an issue I was having on my face, she had a hunch something was wrong, cut it off, and sent it to the lab for analysis. It ended up being skin cancer! Dr. Ann then said they never should have promised two-year results and offered to "fix" it at half price using filler that was about to expire. That felt unfair given the original promises. I know I can trust her to help me because she has perfect skin! Her staff was very efficient and sweet. I felt welcomed from the second I walked in the door. I was in and out within 30mins which was great. At my old derm I would sometimes wait for over an hour just to see him for 5 minutes. I went to someone for 5 years and I received more here in 30 minutes than I ever had there. Dr. Gammons gave me some tips and she gave me a plan. When she walked in she was like "we need to fix this." Which was great, please fix it! I definitely trust her and it's apparent that she knows what she's doing. She started me on antibiotics and gave me a few samples, I received a peel, shot and she froze my face/back. Her nurse was so professional and it was all painless. I loved all of these treatments and Dr. Gammons took the time to explain everything to me. I'm so happy that I found this office. I waited nearly an hour for the doctor to come in and could hear him talking and laughing outside the door. After looking at my back once, Dr. Buatti told the assistant to prescribe different medications I said didn't work for me. He continued talking over me, glaring, and in the end prescribing things I again, told him did not work. But worst of all, their sign in questions had no where for me to tell them I am transgender, and I believe I was targeted for this. I put female on the intake form because I'd be asking them to look. Both the assistant and Dr. Buatti seemed amused and condescending when they asked why I put that. When we talked about my HPV, after the assistant told me I could leave my underwear on, he stayed in the room watching me when he told me to take them off. This was extremely uncomfortable and I had to ask for privacy. When they came back in, he used the cryo gun across the entire surface of my privates. It was not targeted to actual lesions, it was freezing the entire area. I was in a significant amount of pain for a week and later saw burn marks. I left humiliated and disgusted. No further treatment was offered. Extremely unprofessional and I have warned against this place to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Here is my chat conversation through their texting system: 12/5/2024 received notice of a $149 bill. My response. Hello, I am extremely confused how I have any bill from my visit. I paid my $60 co-pay at the time of the visit. I waited almost an hour to be seen. When the doctor came in, I saw him for about 6 minutes. He did freeze something but technically never asked me if I wanted him to do that and then prescribed me 2 medications that I picked up and paid for. I have never been to this office and did not have a great experience especially being sent a bill of his magnitude 12/5/24 Response from the office: the $60.00 dollars you paid was your copay. the $149.08 is your amount towards your deductible. you should have received an EOB from BCBS explain all this information. 12/13/24 My Response to the office: I don't feel my initial message was even read. I did not ask nor give permission for the doctor to freeze the spot on my back. I was simply showing him so he could look at it as skin cancer runs in my family and I was worried. Next thing I know I am being sprayed. As I did not ask for nor did I give permission to freeze the item, I will not be paying this bill. I have never been treated like I was by any doctor's or dermatologist office which is a real shame as I heard good things from others who have gone there. I have messaged here several times and continue to try to call and actually speak to someone directly but the call never rings and it sends me straight to the VM service. I will not be at the appointment on Monday 12/23 and I will not be paying for any cancelled appointment fee since I have been attempting to cancel since 12/13. Please confirm my appointment is cancelled I have never received this sort of service from any doctor's or derm office I have gone to. I would NOT recommend using their office based on this experience.
