I've done seven sessions so far on a pretty large back tattoo. My goal is to fade it enough to cover it nicely. It's fading really well! They found a cancellation quickly and I was in. Of course the day comes and the issue is no longer presenting itself, however Dr. Anderson was great about it. She went about checking my scalp to be sure there were no other issues I or my PCP was unaware of. She also said that now that I'm in and no longer a new patient if I need to be seen or communicate it'll be simpler. Everyone in the office was very nice and vigilant as to what the issue may be if it's something that needed to be treated further or if I was handling it fine. I recommend them for sure if you're having any issues. At least Dr. Anderson for sure.

Their Center for Cosmetic Dermatology is a wonderful resource as well. Being very fair, and having many sunburns as a teen, my "senior" face became very blotchy. He scheduled MOHS by his associate for 3 months away when maximum 1 month is standard. Caplan did not "map" my cancer, also standard, so MOHS by another doctor I chose was much more difficult. He has terrible bedside manner, rushes through appointments, seems indifferent to patients and their lives. I do not recommend him.

Good system for appointment reminders in place. I appreciated that Mr. Whitman acknowledged that autoimmune skin care can be challenging. He provided good practical information, gave some clear steps for trying to identify care steps, and then answered many questions.
