Kelly is very detail oriented and does not give up until she has eliminated skin redness and unwanted veins. She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled at what she does, and she explains everything to you step by step as she treats your skin. I only experienced some mild redness and swelling for a few days after each treatment. It was well worth it. If facial redness or leg veins are bothering you, you should make an appointment to see Kelly and April. She was very professional, although her injection technique was different than Dr. Groleau's. 8 days after my injections, I noticed I had a droopy eyelid. I tried Lopidine drops without improvement. I contacted Donna, the office manager, to discuss the situation. I informed her that I had spent $425 in her office on Botox to make me look better, but instead look worse! (I've read the droopy eyelid can last for weeks-right in time for the holiday season! :() I felt I was entitled to some type of compensation-but was told that droopy lids are a known, but uncommon complication of Botox, and as I signed a waiver, I wasn't entitled to any type of compensation.
