I write this review that actually doesn't have any DIRECT medical comments. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My gripe is regarding their check-in policy, also long wait times as mentioned MANY times in the reviews.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I say no DIRECT medical, however [[HIGHLIGHT]]the stress with filling out 5 PAGES of my medical record at the time of visit...nothing requested in advance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Why can't you do this like EVERY OTHER DOCTOR's OFFICE and IMO you should change this IMMEDIATELY, otherwise the 1 star reviews will grow???? read more

Dr.Lebouitz is the BEST dermatologist in Central Pa. He is attentive, kind, exceptionally knowledgeable & has incredible bedside manner. They don't make Doctors like him anymore. I am a retired nurse & know this to be true. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The medical professionals and staff in the office are wonderful[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], however, the administration that owns them and does there scheduling has a severe lack of care for patients. I have never waited less than 30 minutes for a team member to see me and today I waited over 45 minutes before I walked out of the room because I had to get to work. I was told that they are triple booked for most of the day which is the cause of this. Unacceptable. read more

Dr Liebowitz is very caring and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with him. Office staff are very nice.

My father was plagued with a itchy red rash all over his body. The itch was so intense that he would scratch until there was blood. What caused it is still unknown. The doctors and the nurses have been very uncaring/unprofessional. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They've treated him as if he doesn't know what he's talking about or that he's being dishonest.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They've given him the same medications/ointments multiple times knowing that they didn't work the first time. Darcel is very thorough and the nurse was great too. I had 3 moles removed they made sure to numb the areas good.

Dr. Lebouitz knew decisively within minutes of examining me what I needed for my scalp and face break out. I got the meds at my pharmacy shortly thereafter and he was probably the most knowledgeable dermatologist I've ever been to and he has a great sense of humor as well. Arriving at the facility, the office staff was very friendly and welcoming. When I was taken back to the room, the nurse that took the information from me was also very friendly, and gave me a lot of information to questions I asked her. Dr. Liebowitz I have seen in the past and he is the nicest doctor you could ask for. He's very gracious and courteous. He listens to what you have to say and answers all questions you have. He also make sure that you fully understand everything that he tells you. he does not rushed you. He is extremely proficient. I feel confident in the way he handled my situation and the care that he is giving me. I would recommend anybody to this practice. Without a doubt, you will be extremely pleased. read more

Upon entering, I felt that the staff thought better than us, from the beginning Michelle, Darcelle associate, had a disrespectful tone of voice. When catching her tone, she would then act fake nice. When Darcelle Wampler arrived, we asked questions about birth control for Accutane. When we calmly asked if it was possible to not use birth control because my sister is currently taking Accutane without using birth control, they both said no. We then explained that my sister is not using birth control and questioned why I had to use it. Darnell and her associate then pulled down their masks and simultaneously shouted, "Rape is real." This left me feeling so upset that I wanted to leave immediately. This also makes me think that their synchronized screaming of "rape is real" isn't the first time, as it seemed to happen out of nowhere. I have never experienced such a horrible encounter. When looking at other reviews, I see that many other people had similar experiences. This seems to be more than just a bad day; it appears to be a consistent issue that needs to be addressed immediately. read more

Was preferred for a cyst removal. Started with CRNP who was unable to complete the procedure. Scheduled me to return two weeks later (after taking antibiotics to hopefully shrink it) to see the doctor. I arrive for the appointment but they don't know I am scheduled. They take me back anyway (I guess its OK to make everybody else wait since they screwed up) but only the same CRNP is there - not the doctor. Now they want me to go elsewhere for a surgeon as they will not perform the procedure if stitches may be required. Not sure what changed from my prior appointment two weeks earlier. Nothing but "sorry" for taking off work (again) to be told they can't perform the procedure. I won't even get into that the process to get scheduled with them started in July (six months ago). I suggest considering your options before scheduling with Dermatology Partners. read more

While the hour wait time with an additional thirty minute in-room wait time was a nuisance, it was the conduct of "doctor" Lebouitz that is truly the issue. It's concerning that a parent cannot have questions pertaining to the health and well-being of their child answered by this man. During our most recent visit, "Doctor" Lebouitz reacted in an unprofessional, condescending manner with threatening gestures and language while a four-year-old was in his presence. It is apparent that he is not current or knowledgeable in his practice to explain simple questions that one might have. These questions could have had a simple answer, however, they were not provided; they were later answered by the poor nurse who had to bear witness to his unprofessionalism. During the exchange, it was apparent that his ego was more of his concern than putting a concerned mother's questions at bay. Instead of providing ease of mind to his patients, he proceeded with aggressive finger pointing and foul language all the while a four-year-old was watching his distasteful actions. His actions are the epitome of what a doctor should not be. Whether he had a long or bad day, as stated by the nurse upon her solo return to the room, it should be noted that no matter the prior conditions of his day, he should act in a manner that is in the best interest of his patients; the Hippocratic oath. read more

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I have waited over an hour the 3 times I've ever been to Lebouitz's office, including initial waitroom time as well as waiting for him after FINALLY being taken back a nurse. I have other things to do than sit in a doctor's office all day. I watched 3 other patients come in after me and they were all called back before me. I finally said something and they promised to call me next, then proceeded to eventually call 2 more people who, again, came in after me. Forgetting your patients?
