The woman who performed the consult was very kind and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't care for was the lack of transparency with price. They do a soft credit pull before telling you the total for the areas you've chosen. I rather be told what each area costs then decide on the package that way. The service is life-long and should be mentioned. Not sure if I will be returning to purchase but I appreciated the time and effort of the staff to get me the results I am looking for.

Do not trust them. I was unable to receive care within the timeframe we agreed upon due to their lack of availability- the care rep that I was working with stated in a text message she would submit for cancellation. This was in October. I never received communication from them to the contrary and therefore took their word. I later found that they did not issue a refund. I've made several requests via email that go unanswered. I've tried numerous times to resolve the issues. Their business practices tell me all I need to know, and I would never feel comfortable receiving medical care from a company such as this.
