They gave him the same ointment that Dermatology Partners did; which clearly didn't make sense because he had told them that the medications he was given by them did not work! The staff acted as if they didn't know what he was talking about and treated him as if his issue was not important. We're 2 months in now and STILL have no answer as to the cause or how to stop it. The first thing I noticed when coming to this salon is how nice the building/house is! The building appears to be a renovated older home and it's just gorgeous. The atmosphere is absolutely lovely and I don't think you can beat it. Reception is just perfection and you are immediately asked if you would like a beverage. Both stylists were fabulous and I get the impression that probably all the stylists are fabulous so I don't think you can go wrong here. One thing that really stood out to me was that my daughter's stylist (Autumn, I believe) seems to be quite the perfectionist - in the best way, of course. My daughter gets her hair highlighted and she has A LOT of hair so we can be there for a long time. Both times we had to schedule after school hours so unfortunately her appointments ran a little after closing. Even with the time running over, I could tell she was really committed to the perfect cut and color. I'm not going to schedule her that late anymore because I don't want anyone to have to work late but I think it just shows the level of professionalism here. I was impressed with the way she handled everything in my case, and am very glad that she contacted me. I think that there was just a lack of communication between aesthetician and manager.
