The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and checked me in without any issues. My visit with Dr. Tiwari couldn't have gone any better. He assessed my skin tags and provided the best treatment for me that would minimize any scarring. Also, without even asking, he spotted an irregular mole that was concerning to him. The rash seems to have originated as a reaction to a common, very popular brand of anti-perspirant. While reviewing my skin condition, Dr. Hesterman checked out a mole which seemed to be changing and performed an immediate biopsy then submitted the tissue to a lab for review. A skin cancer was detected and I have received further treatment and review to make sure no further issues developed. Dr. Hesterman and her staff have been very professional and supportive as well as effective in their efforts throughout my treatments. I am very pleased with her and her office staff.

When she first meets you she talks you through everything. She tells you how the laser works, what it will feel like, what you'll see in the weeks to come, etc. She has a great "bed side manner" and she seems to never be running behind schedule. If you're doing the laser hair removal you'll need to go back every 6 weeks for at least 6 treatments. The laser works best on dark hair and the area needs to be shaved prior to each treatment. The pain is not too bad, kinda feels like getting popped with a hot rubber band and it's really quick. I very rarely wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and once I'm back in an exam room I'm in and out in another 5 minutes. The staff here is great and when I complete my treatment I'll provide an update!

They gave her the wrong appointment time, and when she arrived, they refused to see her and tried to reschedule her three months out. To make matters worse, the front desk employee laughed in my daughter's face as if the situation was funny. I told her this was not a laughing matter and requested to speak with a manager. I don't know what she told him, but he refused to come out and speak with me, and I was simply told that he would call me. When I asked for her name, she responded that her manager already knew who she was.
