Latia assisted me with the first part of my MRI, She was supportive the entire time and made me feel not so awkward. I ended up laughing a little bit and that's never happened before. Kelly assisted me with the last part of my MRI. She explained every step she was taking. This was comforting as I really struggle with IV's or blood draws and anything in between. She also told me the amount of time the last two steps would take. That totally helped because I guessed about how many songs it would take and relieved a lot of anxiety. Thank you so much ladies! The visit occurred Feb 6, 2023 and we were billed shortly thereafter. After contacting the clinic billing office we were told to ignore the bill as it was not filed with Medicare and would be. We heard nothing afterward and assumed that the insurance settled the bill. Then 2 and 1/2 years later (July 2025) we received a "Final Notice" with a threat of turning the bill for $125 over to a collection agency. I visited the clinic immediately and they insisted that insurance did not pay. This was a routine visit and I'm quite confident that it was never filed and after two and a half years, its too late. I paid the bill but should not have had to. Very poor billing service.

My visit was great with the doctor…read more He always takes time to go over all of my questions, my general health, and any discussion I may have about treatment. He is a great doctor. I was in the waiting room when a man came in. He was just released from the hospital. He didn't look very good and I could tell he didn't feel very good. He was leaning on his wife as he was walking in. I don't know who his doctor is, but his doctor suggested that he and his wife stop by the office before they head home. After several minutes of hearing him wheezing, I started wanting the doctor to hurry up and call him back so that he could get the visit over with and go home. The man slumped over in his chair and his wife was asking for help. Another lady closer to them, jumped up to help keep him from falling to the floor. I went through the double doors and asked the office staff to call 911 and get a doctor. Several people in the facility came out to administer treatment for the ailing man. They were able to help stabilize him before he went to the emergency room. I am glad they were able to help him. If you need cardiac care, this office will take care of you.

My nurse, Lisa, was very thorough. She drew blood, went over my medical history, explained my procedure, performed a nose swab to check if I am a MRSA carrier, EKG, and more.
