The visit occurred Feb 6, 2023 and we were billed shortly thereafter. After contacting the clinic billing office we were told to ignore the bill as it was not filed with Medicare and would be. We heard nothing afterward and assumed that the insurance settled the bill. Then 2 and 1/2 years later (July 2025) we received a "Final Notice" with a threat of turning the bill for $125 over to a collection agency. I visited the clinic immediately and they insisted that insurance did not pay. This was a routine visit and I'm quite confident that it was never filed and after two and a half years, its too late. I paid the bill but should not have had to. Very poor billing service.

Of course, oxygen level, blood pressure, temperature and pulse also taken. He listened to her concerns and thoroughly examined her - listened to her heart and made sure she was ok. It wound up being a gas related issue in her stomach (doctor saw it on x-ray), and she is fine. He put us at ease and shared all the tests he was doing. I would definitely go back!

During my first visit, I arrived promptly at 6:45AM for a fasting lab blood draw and I was the third person in line. At 6:45 AM, while standing outside with two ladies I noticed the doors were cracked so I opened it and we walked inside. An Asian woman in scrubs rudely barked at us that they were not open yet. I told her we would step back outside. It was cold outside and drizzling rain so I was frustrated but hoped the visit would improve. However, it only got worse. They failed to draw all the required blood per my doctor's orders, which I only discovered during my follow-up doctor's appointment. I had to return a week later for a redraw due to their incompetence. My second visit was just as disappointing. I arrived at 6:45 AM and was the first one checked in, yet the technician was late for work. I was finally called back around 7:45 or 8 AM. Today, 10/16/25, for my third visit, I arrived at 6:45 AM again. After checking in, I waited until 7:45 AM, only to hear that the technician hadn't shown up and there was no estimated time of arrival. I will NEVER return to Crestwood for lab work. He suffers from chronic pain also so he understands where other doctors do not. I highly recommend Madison Medical Associates for Pain Management and all other services. The staff is amazing.
