They each decided their own treatment plans for me, and none of them worked. After 4 years, getting shots in the scalp, using topical solutions, etc, it continued to grow and it seemed like no one knew what they were doing, other than collecting fees for every visit and every treatment. While male pattern baldness is common, when you have Alopecia Areata, it is an auto-immune disease that leaves bald spots all over your head, and gets noticed very easily. It of course made me very self conscious, I wore hats most of the time, and had to take pictures only from one angle, and it made business settings and formal events where you can't wear a hat very difficult. I even tried to use fibers and dyes to cover it when I needed to, but it ultimately took its toll on me. I saw this office was opening up and was close to my home so I decided to give it a try, even though nothing was working. On the first visit, on Sept 22, Dr Brady and Yessie made me feel so welcome, and took their time and were very thorough in reviewing my previous treatments and concerns. Unlike other visits with other Dermatologists where they would have me sit down, give me a couple of shots in the head and tell me to go pay, this office was the exact opposite. Dr Brady thoroughly reviewed my previous treatments, his treatment plan for me, and even suggested options that no one else had offered before. I started the treatment plan and within a couple of weeks started to see hairs growing. I was ecstatic! I made another appointment for Nov 10, just 7 weeks later, and you could see the hair filling in slowly. I once again got the white glove treatment as my visit from both of them. It is now Dec 12, and my entire alopecia area has filled in. It is really hard to understand the feeling that after 4 years, it seems that I am on my way back to normalcy and I am assuming by early next year, you won't even be able to notice anything. It feels like a miracle! I even had an issue with my pharmacy for my prescription and Yessie called multiple times to fix the issue caused by the pharmacy to make sure I was very well taken care of and even followed up with me to make sure I was all set. I didn't understand the great level of service I was receiving as I was not used to in with any provider, Dermatologist or not. I highly recommend this office, not just because they found me a cure, but also because of they way they treated me as a customer every time.

I had recheck bloodwork for chronic conditions this summer at my annual. The Dr. told me my medications are ideal and to continue on. Yet - myself and my pharmacy can NOT get them to approve refilling my chronic medication. Medication which is dangerous to just "cold turkey stop." My pharmacy has faxed requests. I have called *during normal office hours* and left voicemails, and yet still I can not get by meds refilled nor my calls returned. Super frustrating when the doctor himself is so fantastic, but his team doesn't follow thru on continuing his level of care (and this is just one example listed above). Otherwise - Dr T is a 5 star doctor in my eyes. I can and will update this review if staff communication and follow through ever improve.
