The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! She was apologetic and admitted she didn't see any of the tattoos.... She called the manager in who was absolutely clueless and no help to say the least. I told the manager I was concerned about the laser removing the ink (it's happened in the past) and she had the nerve to tell me their laser doesn't Remove tattoo ink... I told her she was wrong, that it's happened before and showed her the proof on another tattoo of mine. She then repeated that their laser doesn't remove tattoo ink. Like huh???? A quick google search and the proof I have on my body says otherwise. I'm honestly super disappointed and really wish they'd at least bring Jennifer back. This new staff really left me feeling uncomfortable, upset, and not looking forward to future appointments. I shouldn't have to explain over and over what I need done, it should be consistent treatment across the board. And techs should be paying more attention.
