if i could give negative stars, i would. the way this office is run is completely with zero regard…read morefor patients. i scheduled an appointment months in advance, my job often has me out of town, and it was quite difficult to get time off in the middle of the day on a week day cleared with my office. i received a pre-printed postcard about a week before my appointment informing me that my appointment had been cancelled. no phone call. the postcard, didn't even say anything with regard to "i'm sorry for the inconvenience".....nothing to that effect, just "cancelled appointment". i called and asked if patients with cancelled appointments were given priority when scheduling new appointments. i was offered an appointment 4 months from now. i asked if there were any way that i would be guaranteed that the next appointment wouldn't be cancelled, and they said absolutely not. so then i asked if this happened often because it was a pre-printed cancellation postcard and i was informed that the appointments are cancelled whenever the doctor requests that they be cancelled. i asked if there was an explanation for the cancellation of the appointment, and she said they don't ask the doctor and the doctor never explains. it obviously was not an emergency of any kind because i received the pre-printed postcard over a week in advance of the appointment. just be warned, if you make an appointment here, they may just be wasting your time.
