I was supposed to be seen at a different location the day prior but they canceled on me and sent me here instead. When I had spoke with the woman from the other clinic she stated it would be free. However, when I get there the woman behind the desk tells me it will cost money. When I ask how much she danced around the question. I heard $25 and then she said it could cost up to $250. WHAT? My B.S.-meter went off and I told her I'd go Curtis Tucker instead once they were finally done with construction (they were supposed to open today - hopefully that's the case - but Curtis Tucker kept pushing the reopening date back). 40 minutes after leaving I get a call from the front desk lady claiming she thought I had come in for a physical. Wrong. My appointment was not for a physical. Since I had an appointment you should have known the reason why I was going there and you apparently figured that out as that's why you called me. But you're unprofessional and inept at your job and because of it you wasted my time. I told her I wasn't going back despite her mess-up. If you can't perform your job properly you should go find another one as your mistakes wastes the time of others. Finally, if you have a cold or the flu - which you clearly did - for you and the other lady behind the counter kept coughing - stay home from work.
