I found this facility using a google search for urgent care centers that provide saline IV therapy…read more I began feeling dehydrated and lethargic after a long flight cross-country trip from the East Coast. Dr. Eshaghian greeted me with a smile in his voice and provided the most thorough patient care that I have ever experienced! He made me feel valued as a patient and went above and beyond to treat my symptoms. I also requested testing for flu, Covid, urinalysis and strep throat to rule out any further infections. The testing was all completed in house and the results available within minutes. I received an aftercare summary explaining treatment and symptoms. The facility is clean and well maintained. The patient lobby and patient lounge area is relaxing and has comfortable recliners for patients to use while getting IV fluids. Dr. Eshaghian is kind and professional with excellent knowledge and customer service. I left the area feeling 100% better that when arrived. Hai staff Karina is also nice and friendly as well. U highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for testing and IV fluids/therapy. Keep up the good!

Oh and he offers IV infusions here at very reasonable prices, if you ever need some extra hydration/vitamins boost! I'll have to come back to do that another time.

My mom has always been big into homeopathic remedies. She's experimented with acupuncture before,…read moreas well as acupressure, herbal remedies, and other methods of natural medication. There is no ache or sting she believes can't be cured by a supplement, exercise, or eating healthy. So it was no surprise when she informed me a friend of hers enthusiastically recommended Village Health Foundation and she would be making an appointment for me as well as herself. I saw Jewel today for my first acupuncture experience, ever. Despite my mom always raving about acupuncture, I could never get past my fear of needles and take the plunge. She claimed it didn't hurt at all, but I'm haunted by those very words when, as a child, she said the same thing to me about blood tests and shots. So I was doubtful, but after years of building up my pain threshold with donating blood, some extra ear piercings, waxing, electrolysis, and other methods of female torture, I decided I could handle some needles in the name of health. Jewel spent about an hour discussing health with us. She's extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. As a devout vegan, she recommended many healthy alternatives to the foods my mom and I indulge in - coconut oil instead of olive, agave nectar instead of sugar, and all kinds of vegetarian meal ideas. She answered any question we had thoroughly and thoughtfully - about weight gain, mental health, hormones, and any other health concern. She told us about a bipolar man who'd been in and out of the hospital with his mental illness, but was actually able to stop taking medication after seeing her. Amazing. She was also so convincing about the magic of a vegetarian/vegan diet that my mom and I have decided to eat completely vegetarian a few days a week and cut out dairy products as much as we can. Jewel herself is a perfect example - she looks great and has a spectacular memory. She needs to write a book! She was that informative. The acupuncture experience wasn't even the tiniest bit painful. Jewel expertly inserted the needles (which were as fine as a single human hair) into certain areas on my legs, arms, and forehead. I don't know if I was imagining it, but I felt a sort of tingling sensation when she let the needles set in, like they were really working! She left them in for about half an hour. I walked out feeling relaxed but not at all tired. It was so much better than I expected! Even more interesting is the fact that the foundation runs entirely on donations - Jewel herself said she believes everyone should be able to afford health care - so we paid for our services in donations. It's wonderful to see a place where no one is turned away due to inability to pay. Jewel also recommended some Chinese herbs to help me with various little ailments, which I will begin taking tomorrow. She's definitely found a new regular in me and my mom. If you need any kind of health boost, go to Jewel and her staff at Village Health Foundation. It's truly the best.

Went to renew my medical card. I only get a year renewal since I have HBP…read more My card was gonna expire and had a few weeks left to renew. I went to this exact location since its close to my job. Did my physical, everything checked out fine. Then all of a sudden as the practitioner is finishing her paperwork she asks, "Have you ever had a sleep study?" I said "no" "Well you have a neck size of 17 inches and you have hbp so its required that I give you one, im only gonna give you a 3 month certification but you have to schedule a sleep study with your primary care physician" I get upset because im like why in the hell would you wait until the end of my physical to hit me with that curveball? It was bad enough the hell I had to go through just to keep my blood pressure under 140/90 then she hits me with that bull****? As im asking questions, she kept cutting me off before I could finish any of them. She knows that was some bull****. And im guessing they been doing this to plenty of commercial drivers whom im sure had the same questions. She kept blaming it on new DOT rules but talking to my other co workers, other concentra locations wasn't doing this. I would have loved to have known about the damn sleep test beforehand, that way when I came to renew my medical card I could have had everything already present so that way I could keep my year certification without running the risk of not being able to drive. If you dont have a DOT medical card, it is illegal for you to drive a commercial vehicle. Remember I only got a 3 month certification and it took 3 months to get an appointment with kaiser for a sleep study. I took the sleep study and found out I had mild apnea but they still gave me the cpap machine. I also come to find out at the same time that I had to sleep with the cpap machine for at least 21 out of 30 days in order to renew. By the time all that would be done, my medical card would been expired and I wouldn't have been able to work. The shit was such an inconvenience and stressful situation that I ended up going out on disability until I was able to gather enough cpap data to renew my medical card. All this happened thanks to this location. If you have a commercial license, stay away from here. A few of my co workers gave me a location where ill have to pay out of pocket but I won't have to deal with this inconvenience. This was a very unprofessional experience, won't be dealing with them again. With the way that was done, I'm wondering if theyre in cahoots with any of these medical companies that sell these cpap machines?
