    Didn't reset after oil change

    First of all, just to be clear, I have no problems at all with your sales team, but your service department is fucking bullshit!!! I'm sorry but I really can't find any other appropriate words to describe them. I have a FIAT500, and every time I came in for a service my bills was never under $500. Can you believe every single service for a FIAT500, not for Mercedes or BMW but a simply ordinary FIAT500. There was one time I booked a scheduleB online which probably will cost $200 at most, but it came in a $800 bill. The guy called Mohamad who used to work there served me and said that he told me at the beginning that there will be other services rather than regular inspections but I didn't understand what he said so it's not their fault to overcharging me. Sure, I may not speaking or understand perfectly in English cuz English is not my first language but I'm not stupid to make you think you can fool around with me just like that. So when I told him I'm paying this, he was like okay~ I can see you are not happy with this bill, let me see what I can do about it, and by the end he gave couple of hundreds discount on the final bill like WTF you charge these at the first place?! Another time, I have my winter tires switched on, and when I got home one of my wheel was like completely flat! I wrote an email to their service manager and of course I didn't get any feedback, so I had to drive my car with one wheel flat to the dealership to have them fixed it for me. Okay, all these were happened with the pervious management team. I see now you guys are under a new management and maybe you deserve another chance but I guess I'm wrong again. Not long ago, I had my service done on April 29th 2019, and TODAY, which is 49 days away from the service date, I had a warning on my dashboard said that I need to have my engine oil changed. So I went home and grabbed my receipt then drove to the service department and asked why I just had a service here and my car asked me to change engine oil so soon. One of your advisor was like Oh it's really depends on the mileage, the oil needs to be changed every 6k miles, and when you came here last time your mileage was 40k what is your mileage right now? I was like I don't know~ but how much longer do you think I can drive during a month? I'm only driving my car day to day to work! So she checked my mileage and of course is under 6k since last time, then she was like ok maybe it not reset properly. Then one mechanic came out and reset it for me and said oh the thing is with your car when we reset there was no feedback so we couldn't know if it's done or not. HAHAHA. So funny, it's not my first time to have a service here how come I never had this problem before, but guess what this will be my last time for sure! And when I about to leave I started my car and texted my friend, then your reception came over and knocked on my window said you need to turn your engine off you can't have your engine on inside. Oh WOW~ that's very considered for everybody else besides me~ you know why I turned my engine on? Because I'm leaving! And do you know I came here today? Because you guys couldn't have your job done right at the first place! Well thank you for your reminding and goodbye for your not friendly at all services at all times! I purchased my little Fiat by the end of 2014, so which means I have been your clients for almost 5 years, but guess what, your service department keeps pissing me off over and over again, I couldn't believe thats how you treat your customer and this how you deal with your returned customer for so many years. I did give you chances so many times and now you had your chances. I'm done with you guys. Even though I'm still under warranty I'm not going back because you guys are just ridiculously horrible! I guess even with a new management team won't make up your business better. I feel so sorry for your new management team, they just made a terrible decision of taking over this dealership. At the end I'd like to remind all my friends who's speaking Chinese don't come here, because according to your employees we don't understand English very well. 不要在这里买车!因为他们的service简直一般,想买Jeep屯子里有别的车行,这里呵呵,不想被气死就不要来。

    Worst place ever.. Showroom is a joke.. Sales team is a joke and finance department has no clue what they are doing.. Stay away from here!!

It appears more focused on generating revenue than accurately diagnosing and resolving issues. Their parts are also noticeably more expensive compared to other dealerships. Recommendations: * Obtain a second opinion from a reputable third-party mechanic before authorizing any major maintenance or repairs at Wheaton Honda. * Do not collect your vehicle or sign off on service without a proper walkthrough with service rep. Request a detailed review of the completed work with the service representative to ensure all issues have been adequately addressed * Exercise caution when relying on the assurances from the Service Manager (warranty stage) - Ensure all service details and commitments are documented in writing. Also send an email with details to dealership and copy Honda Canada. * If problems persist after service, promptly report the issue to Honda Canada and file a formal complaint. all the best

    I bought out my bosses lease on his VW Passat. I love this car, it's the perfect daily driver…read more This dealership has been very helpful and good to me. For instance my mom wanted to pay for winter studded tires for me, and the front end was being a pain in the ass about it. So I talked to the service manager and low and behold she gave me a pre authorized payment form for my mom to fill out and fax back to me to authorize a payment from her for my purchase. Great service department, amazing actually. The parts and service department talk with each other, they know what they need, they bought and buy extra winter studded tires for winter and sell them at a discounted rate the next year. The ones I bought and have on are some of the best winter tires you can buy, tires warehouse couldn't beat VW's price, I was very impressed. Basic services are a bit pricey but hey, labour is expensive and I don't have a garage and tools to do it myself so I'm not going to complain. Oh and this entire emissions scandal, please.....there is. I thing wrong with my car and it still meets our provinces standards. But hey I'll take something if they give it to me. This dealership is great, the give me the services I ask for, I am very clear about what it is I want though. Cheers, enjoy being serviced;)
