They wanted to charge us money on top of our security. I don't think they understand the concept of a security deposit. We fought it but every time we went to negotiate, they changed the invoice to reflect different items. Power wash the house! ha. I would not recommend doing business with them..ever.

We moved out 3 weeks before the end of our last month (per her request) and she did not give us back a pro rata share for days we were not there. She promised me personally to give me all of my security deposit back and then didn't. She preyed on my youthfulness (knowing I couldn't afford to get a lawyer to get my money back).
