At the repair shop finding out that the engine is no good and being out of almost 4000.00 that I saved up to have a car to get back and forth to work in. Its really wrong and I bet I am not the first person this has happened to and they really shouldn't sale cars and mess people over like that. Im very upset I saved that money up for a min just to be screwed out of it. They should make some kind of law for for this situation or take away the license to sale cars. I respect the job they have done, but I don't think they are very professional. they forgot to screw the spark plug bolt back, didn't even screw back the engine air pipes after no more than 30 min diagnosis, and I said that I tried to replace the spark plugs before, then they only tested the spark plugs and did a compression pressure testing, other than that no more testing, then they charge me $200, and told me that I need to replace the whole engine. This makes me not feel good. car is not fixed, the root reason is not sure, and need to spend more money and time on it to find out the root causes of why it can't start up. We were 20 minutes out of Waco and it took about 35-40 minutes for our person to show up. I'm not sure how many people actually work here since the person who took my call was also the person to come change our tire. I ended up having to ping him my location since I was having difficulty figuring out where exactly on the highway we were. He worked quickly, was knowledgeable about the situation, and was very friendly the entire time. When we were billed, he said he was an independent contractor so he negotiated the price with us. The total ended up being $75, which I think is pretty reasonable considering how quickly he worked and how much less expensive this was than calling a tow truck.

I never used the key because I have push to start so it wasn't an issue until recently when I dropped my fob and it fell apart. I initially called AutoNation and was told that since I didn't have the key, I would have to purchase 2 key fobs at the price of over $600.00 and that didn't include cutting or reprogramming. I was told that I could purchase a key fob on Amazon for around $40 and have the key cut and the fob reprogrammed. So, I decided to go that route. The first place I called said they had the key fob I needed for my car and would charge me $130 and could come out the next day to complete the job. They texted me the next morning and asked if I still needed their services and I told them I did. He then proceeded to say the person I spoke to yesterday had quoted me the wrong price and that it would Actually be $180.00. He said since I was initially quoted the lower price they would honor it. When the guy arrived he took my key fob to his van and came back and said he didn't have it after telling me the day before he did. He said he would have to order it and would have it the next day and it would be, you guessed it, $180.00! How convenient. So, I told him I wouldn't need his services. A friend told me about Waco Lock & Key, I called and made an appointment. My son took my car to them because I had to work. They were very professional and friendly. My son left with not only 1 key fob but 2 (they fixed my old one) for the Exact price they quoted and it was lower than Both of the initial quotes. The next day I called them because I was trying to use the key (that I had Never used before) and I was having trouble getting the door unlocked. They said that they made sure the key and fob were working and I could bring it to them after work and they would recheck it. They also sent me a video on how to unlock my car and it turns out I was doing it incorrectly and it did indeed work. We purchased a new 2026 Denago Nomad XL on June 3rd. The cart was not delivered until June 11th and had cosmetic damage from where it was tied down. This was relatively minor and would have been ok had the cart not been making a squealing noise. We informed Mission golf cars Waco immediately and were told it would be fixed and to keep driving it until they could arrange for transportation. We drove it a hand full of time and noticed new sounds that were not normal each time. The dealer said they were going to replace it. Weeks past and I called to check on the status of our replacement and the sales guy said he drove the replacement cart and it was making a sound and he was going to see if he could have fixed before sending it. At this point I told him I would like them to come get our cart and reimburse our money. He put me in contact with his manager who immediately tried to up sell me on another brand to which I replied no just come get this one. He said he would have to arrange transportation and that we would be reimbursed once the cart was returned. That was a week ago and we have not heard a word from mission golf cars. In the interim we have made a few attempts to reach out to the director of relationship and sales at their corporate office to see if he could assist and he has not returned our calls or e-mails.
