I already knew I was NOT going to a car dealership. I instead found a few cars with Hertz in Killeen. I was lining up financing at my credit union and the loan officer referred me to CMC. I never would have considered buying a car from a little place on the side of the road but it turned out GREAT! I was shown a few cars that were too small but they said they had one being serviced and would be getting it back the next morning. That car turned out to be the one I purchased. I got a decent amount for my trade in and was on my way in about an hour. This NEVER happens, but I even got my plates the next day. Overall stress free and positive experience.

My husband and I totally understand that it takes a while for all the services to be completed and we're okay with that but after the young man that had done the work on our pickup brought in the paperwork and my husband's keys to said young man behind the computer at the counter the said young man turned his back, before calling us up to the counter, for approximately 5 minutes vaping to get his nicotine fix. He finally called our name and the transaction was completed. We didn't appreciate having to wait for his nicotine fix to be done. End of rant.

Jim greeted me when I arrived. He did not hover over me like most sales people. I decided on a car, and Jim asked me if I wanted to test drive it, which I said I was ready to buy. He insisted I test drive it to make sure I liked the car. Of course there have been minor issues, but it's a used car, not brand new. If you are worried about future issues, you spend a little more and buy the one time offer for the warranty. I know these vehicles personally test drive and fixed by Jim.
