I recognize most of the staff but there are some new ones here. All of them are friendly though. They are gentle and ask if you feel any pain throughout the processes. They recommend different care and have treatment plans. They go over the plans well and they also take time to go over any questions. It never feels rushed even when they have a lot going on but I also don't ask tons of questions so not sure. lol bbbuuuttt they have been great here so I'll continue coming for myself and my family.

I had paperwork to fill out. I the office provided complimentary drinks in the lobby. After my paperwork work was completed I was able to go to the back to get a full scan of my mouth. It was in 3D with color. I was a bit skeptical because of my experience at sage dental but they said not to worry. After going over some of my goals for my smile I felt so relaxed. The dentist understood everything and answered all of my questions. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. She cleaned my teeth with so much care. There were three flavors of toothpaste for the cleaning. I got to try the cinnamon and one other. I really enjoyed the cinnamon but decided to stick with the other that I cannot recall. I even got walked out and was gifted a tumbler too. I absolutely love my new dental office.

I had gone to another dentist and they tried to put in two crowns because I supposedly had two cavities when I never had any issues. I searched for another dentist to get a 2nd opinion. Park smiles was able to determine that I just needed to redo one cavity. The difference was like night and day. I praised this office to my colleagues and I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new dentist office. :)

From start to finish, I was in there under an hour! Dr.Williams and his assistant did not waste a second while I was laying there. As soon as I got there, they told me they were running 30-60 minutes behind ... like okay, maybe call the patient beforehand? Do they not realize that people take time off work for appointments like this? At 11:15am I was brought back into my room, then they took x-rays which took about five minutes, and they left me by saying "someome will be with you shortly." Thirty minutes later, someone came by and told me the dentist would be right with me. Another 15 minutes passed, the dentist came by and looked at my x-rays, told me I had several cavities that needed to be filled or (painted?) over and I was recommended invisalign (I had braces before already). I was shocked and asked to see because I've never so much been told I have plaque. I'm no dental expert but I wasn't able to see anything beyond what I've been told is normal. She asked me if I had any questions and I asked if they were going to do fillings today. She told me no, that would be a separate appointment. They told me they'd give me quotes for everything (nearly $3k for fillings - again, I've never had them before so I don't know if this is normal for 2 fillings) and started ushering me out. I asked when they were doing the cleaning and was told that's a separate appointment again, but they could fit me in after lunch if I was willing to wait. I told them I waited enough ... I had been there 3 hours at this point and hadn't even gotten the one thing I booked. I would not go back and I made that clear. Later, they contacted me by texting "hey" and nothing else ... I texted back "who is this?" and they responded "Ideal Dental" and asked to book my next appointment. SO unprofessional.
