Dr. Daros said let's start with your most urgent issues and we will work through them. This was before MDVIP After about a year I was feeling the best I had in over 20 years he did have a lot to fix lol. When he retired his son took over our care. He is also just as equal to the SR. And I have no complaints. I feel he listens, explains and is compassionate. I do not feel the staff is rude as stated in another review. I feel with so many sick callers sometimes they are very busy. They do take time when it is your turn to talk to them. We as patients need to have patients with them as well. I pay for the extra care because I feel I get extra care plan and simple. Health is everything. With MDVIP or without at this office it has always been above average care.

I took time off of work to go there today with my daughter while I was on time and filling out paperwork, my son was driving my daughter and they had a minor fender bender on M15 because the road crew backed into him so they were literally 12 minutes late. So the office lady tells me we are 15 minutes late and they are cancelling the appointment even though my daughter was there trying to get into the building from the wrong side. Mind you this was at 1:42, our appt. time was 1:30 and I was there filling out the paper work so all they would have to do was take here back to the room to see the doctor. How is that 15 minutes. So as I am walking out the lady had the audacity to come out and ask me to reschedule. Really you think I am going to come back after the rude way you spoke to me. She not only was rude to me, she was rude to another patient that came in thinking he had an appointment and was also rude to the lady working in the lobby checking people in. What is sad is I was referred to a this office from one of their own employees, who by the way is great. I am recommending if you get referred to this office......RUN AWAY. It will likely ruin your day as it just did ours. Now we have to go through the trouble of contacting the insurance company to have the Dr. removed as our Primary Care Physician and research and find a better one! I am literally disgusted at this office. American medical practitioners appear to be mostly interested in "filling the schedule" with unreasonable # of bookings. Presumably...office visit $$$$. Dr Marschick and Pulmonary/Critical Care are the exception. The doctor and staff were totally engaged, on-time, complete with information from PCP, EXCELLENT with explanation of treatment, clarification of diagnostic reports and EXCELLENT on orders followup/testing. Having lived and worked in Germany (6 yrs), China (6 yrs) and Australia (4yrs), my family and I have had many miserable medical experiences. Mostly in the US: long-wait times/delays, doctors late to appointments, office staff not forwarding information to other doctors, reschedules, incorrect diagnostic coding, piece-meal treatment plans, excessive repeat visits, lack of treatment explanation or diagnosis...and excuses for every failed event! In short....ARROGANCE And total lack of patient consideration!!!. Pulmonary/Critical Care and Dr Marschick are the exception....simply the Best!!!

I had given up after 3 years of having legs like elephants and my foot was 18 inches around. I had seen 2 other vein doctors and was told sorry we can't help you. I said ok, lets do this because you are my last hope. almost 2 years later my legs are back to normal, Lymphedema is under controlled. After 6 years trying to get knee replacements (bone on bone and in a wheelchair because I can't walk the knees are so bad) I have had 7 procedures and with each procedure things got better. The left leg was a struggle and just didn't want to go as good as the right, but we never gave up. Last procedure was done on Dec. 11th, 2025 and my left leg is back to normal now. Lymphedema will never go away but you can control it. I tried everything before I went to Integrated Vascular, Physical therapy, massages, compression boots, exercises, you name it and I got no relief. I can't thank the doctor and staff for all they have done for me. They have changed my life.

I was extremely pleased with both Dr. Shuster and his entire staff. They treated me as if making my legs better was their life's goal. They could not have been any more professional but also had a great sense of humor which helps to alleviate some of the apprehension a patient might have. They explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable and informed during the entire procedure. I don't know that you could get any better treatment from anyone or anywhere. Some patients may mistake Dr. Shuster's attitude as harsh (it isn't)but it is just that he is more concerned with your treatment and end results than he is winning any personality prizes. If you treat him with respect he will treat YOU with respect! IT's as simple as that! I liked him and his staff very much and his sense of humor was very much appreciated , but make no mistake... he is NOT a joker! He knows EXACTLY what he is doing as does his entire staff! This doctor needs to realize his support staff are the face of his office and hiring patient oriented individuals is a must! Don't go here if you care about your aging mom or dads treatment!
