They have my insurance and lied saying I need to pay cash when I have full coverage and my insurance confirmed they did indeed have it on file. The doctor obviously has the manager do her dirty work for her, even though she's the one ruining my health. She wont allow me to talk to my doctor to get an explanation either. This doctor purposely told me my disability was done when she never turned it in so now i wont get disability due to her mistake. They refused to give me my medical records and a itemized receipt so i hqve to get a lawyer just to get paperwork thats how ridiculous this is. I feel like im speaking to a group of mean girls from high school everytime i call. So now i have to get a lawyer and all the recorded calls for proof that they are lying. All because she couldn't let her pride go even though that's literally her only job. If you want to ruin your life and lose everything youve ever worked for, this is the doctor you want! ​

i have been a patient for about a year, and couldnt be happier. i am always greeted with a smiling…read morefriendly face, and the dr assistants/nurses who take your vitals and prep you for dr visit are always friendly, and accommodating, and always willing to answer questions or offer suggestions to help communicate with dr better. dr ishaque himself is very good, always gives thorough explanation as to what is going on with my health, and took time to make sure i understood what the plan is for treatment, and is thorough in telling me the plan for follow up. i couldnt be happier. even calling to make an appointment is a pleasure, as the receptionists/schedulers are very friendly and accommodating. i am completely satisfied with the treatment dr ishaque and his staff provide.

I have left messages, called back, and spoken to a scheduler. She was helpful and took all my information to the employee who does referrals. I now have 1 more referral complete. My endocrinologist's office cancelled my last appointment because the referral was not done on time, and I am now facing the same problem. Why Genesys Ascension Hospital has this guy working for them is a mystery. He tries to send you a bill knowing full well the insurance information. Either his staff is incompetent or he chooses to do it. My mother who passed on hated him and his attitude.
