Her reply was priceless, "I will never remember so you will just have to keep calling!" When I was finally able to get her an appointment we showed up to be greeted by Amy, the rudest person I have ever met at a doctors office! We left and won't be back! This doctor needs to realize his support staff are the face of his office and hiring patient oriented individuals is a must! Don't go here if you care about your aging mom or dads treatment!

I have left messages, called back, and spoken to a scheduler. She was helpful and took all my information to the employee who does referrals. I now have 1 more referral complete. My endocrinologist's office cancelled my last appointment because the referral was not done on time, and I am now facing the same problem. Why Genesys Ascension Hospital has this guy working for them is a mystery. He tries to send you a bill knowing full well the insurance information. Either his staff is incompetent or he chooses to do it. My mother who passed on hated him and his attitude. And I developed a strong dislike after being forced to deal with him because the hospital forces him on you without a choice.
