They only wanted to be able to run your card each month, did not care to do any other sort of payment; which in some circumstances I understand having worked the front desk in an office before. The office apparently thinks it is appropriate to only call twice to let a patient know about it not going through and then mail a letter threatening collections after ONE payment doesn't go through on time. I pay my bills and even have paid more than what the agreed amount was and still have been treated poorly everytime. Every phone encounter that I've had with them; especially that Grace, over the phone even to say money would be in the account the same week, I was told that it basically wasn't good enough even though I have paid EVERY SINGLE TIME. She's basically sounded very heartless and I uncompassionate everytime. I'd hate to know how they actually treat the people whole legitimately don't pay them.
