She put statements in my chart like what my pain level was and she did not even ask me that. When I told her I was scared a bit back surgery she yelled "why didn't you just say that". I attempted to call the office manager to discuss things I left a message and I have yet to get a return call. I called again and she sent me straight to voicemail. The only saving grace is Mrs Erica Clarke. She is a godsend and listens to you. Avoid Dr Beena Stanley!

We filled out our paperwork and we're told we needed an appt to establish that we are patients so we could be seen in the future. We went to this appointment and were told they'll be right back with us we sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes and then called to be sure we weren't forgotten. The very rude woman from the front desk said we were verifying your insurance and just got done we said so are you ready for us and she said no. Another woman stuck her head out the door and said by the way your deductible hasn't been met it's $200 for today's visit for you. Which means they were going to charge us $400 for a meet and greet?This was a horrible experience we said cancel this appointment and called the insurance company to be sure that no one gets billed for this. They were rude late and then blamed us! Admittedly we never saw the doctor he could be great but the staff stunk!

They were informed I AM high risk, I had been having trouble finding a clinic to accept my CHAMPVA medical (they do accept) and I was mid/late term (24 weeks) I called 2 weeks after coming in, they claimed they had not gotten my medical records and it would be another week. I told Shay the nurse who answered that I was at the Health Dept when they faxed it over the SAME day I initially went in. I still have not heard ANYthing back from them. I am glad I did not wait for them to decide mine and my babies health was at risk. Otherwise I'd be singing a different tune with a lawsuit against them. You need to do better and stop telling people to be patient and to wait especially if you are not following through with what you say. I am now 30 weeks.. it's been SIX WEEKS since I was told '10 days' I will never recommend this office. They treated my teen daughter who was pregnant terrible 4 years ago as well.
