We first used Cascade Fingerprinting+ for Live Scan fingerprints for a background check for residency in another country. He made the process easy and flawless. We had been using a different out of state agency to navigate a number of confusing forms and documents prior to meeting Daren. We had many unanswered questions that had not been addressed by the previous agency. Daren was able to give us clear and direct answers to the same question. Not surprisingly the previous agency dropped the ball. We next worked with Daren to apostille documents. Again his knowledge, if he doesn't know the answer he will research until the right information is located so he and his clients can be reasonably comfortable with next steps. Daren information was actually more concrete and correct than our immigration attorney's. We were coming up to a hard deadline after spending an enormous amount of time and money chasing paperwork and clear information. With Daren's knowledgeable assistance I was able to rapidly hand off the documents to an international delivery service and the documents will arrive well ahead of our deadline. The gentleman at the counter told us they were already "closing shop" and that we would need to go somewhere else or come back another day because notarizations take a long time. I understand not wanting to start a lengthy transaction right at closing, but we arrived more than 40 minutes beforehand and only needed one document notarized. If notary services stop well before the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated to customers. Unfortunately, this did not feel like a good way to handle business or provide customer service.

She refused to follow the instructions clearly laid out by the customer ahead of time, she lied to me about what she actually completed and how it was done and she got her money and left me with a mess to clean up. I have to find another notary to actually get the job completed properly. DO NOT USE THIS NOTARY IN BEND OR!! or you will be sorry. All she cares about is getting paid.
