They e done a great job with our front and back yard. They have always been helpful adjusting g sprinklers, fixed irrigation leaks when we needed it, and customer service is great. I haven't priced many landscapers for regular maintenance, but they come once a month and the price seems perfectly reasonable for the good job they do. When we get a chance to do some more landscaping in the backyard no doubt we will ask them to help. I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

Working with DCL was due to a recommendation from a friend. Xiomara was very helpful and professional from the first visit and very involved. She helped work with a different vendor I went with for some special artificial turf and managed the entire backyard project amazingly. The communication with the office was amazingly and she was so incredibly dedicated that she checked up on me during the midst of a family tragedy, which was above and beyond and certainly something I could never do. Hey for those of you out there that use Desert Canyon Landscaping. What a joke. They did a terrible job for us back in 10/24 and left multiple plants without their sprinklers replaced but we decided since we were going to have them back we would let that go and pay them full price but today, 6 months later( when she no showed for the 3 month) she tells me she doesn't want to do our yard any longer because my husband argued about the credit card fee. We live in Pennsylvania, but own a rental in Las Vegas. I tried to set up numerous quotes through Yelp, but most fell through. I did get a handful and the lady with this company was the most responsive, friendly, and also gave me the best price ($6000 cheaper then my highest quote). They did the work the same week and did a beautiful job. She texted me updates as the project was going on. We have done a lot of remodeling projects over the years and have had many positive and negative experiences. This was a company we were happy with and wanted to leave a good word for them. Let me check my schedule and get back to you... I'm still waiting... oh wait, no I'm not, I hired someone else!! Sadly they installed my new lawn 3 months ago, 80% of it is dead, TruGreen said the lawn/sod was not installed properly, sod isn't level, creating patches of puddling, now $450 later I have TruGreen fixing the mess I had installed... I guess this is in line with the other 2 issues we had to have resolved... The front steps disaster and the non use of a weed barrier ... I hate leaving negative reviews... but I guess I misread your commitment to your customers to do a good job or make it right... Thanks for getting back read more

I originally asked for an estimate for grass and complete irrigation system. I found it to be out of my budget, by no fault of Desert Canyon Landscaping, they were similar to other estimates. I had underestimated the cost. I had a giant stump from two palm trees I still needed remove and they honored the price they had given me that was included with a whole backyard install. When the crew showed up and the stump ended up being bigger than that anticipated, they honored the original price. They were clean and quiet and very professional. They warned me that the wall the palm tree was growing into, would most likely come down, but they were careful enough to leave it fully intact. I'd definitely recommend them for your yard, mainly based on their customer service and dedication to getting it done. read more

I can't say enough about Xiomara(owner) and her crew. We bought our house and only half the backyard was landscaped. We wanted to finish the landscaping, but wanted to make sure it was a cohesive look. Xiomara was able to find all the same plants at the same size and insured that the new area looked like symmetrical to the existing landscaping. Her team was punctual, professional and paid incredible attention to detail. Everyday during the project, they cleaned up (they even watered my flower pots every day!). As the project progressed, we asked to make minor changes and every time they made the changes with a smiling attitude. Xiomara came by at the end of each day to check on progress and made sure that everything we asked for (and more) was completed. They even raked the existing turf, made sure our existing plants were fertilized; and tied up our drooping palms. They gave us a fair estimate, and honored it throughout the process. This is the 2nd project they've done for us, and we wouldn't use anyone else for our landscaping needs. In fact we hired them for monthly landscaping maintenance. OMG, these guys came to clean up our yard and add some rock. What an amazing job they did!!!! Our yard looks so amazing now!!!! They trimmed all the trees and pulled the weeds. We love sitting in our back yard and even more now as it seems so much more clean and clear!!!! They hauled everything away and cleaned everything so nice!!!! I can't say enough about the team at Desert Canyon Landscaping. I got an immediate response to my request for bid. They came out within a few days and I was highly impressed with the time that was spent preparing the bid. Siomara took detailed measurements and spent quite a long time talking to us about the type of plants, the location and number of plants and was very familiar with the plants that do well in our climate. We were particularly concerned about plants that drop leaves (because of the pool) and keeping some balance in the yard with plants that would be green all year. After gathering the details and listening to our needs she gave me two quotes-- one for mature plants and one for immature plants. It took a day or so to get the quotes-- but I could see that she had meticulously prepared and itemized each plant and they were very reasonable. The other quotes I got were an eyeballed on the spot "x" for labor and "y" for plants and "z" for lights but with no basis. Once I hired Desert Canyon they showed up promptly with a team and completed the work quickly. Siomara personally walked the property several times during the project and allowed us to make changes "on the fly" without any push back. The work they did was beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We have hired them to do our regular service and my husband noted after the second service that it was the best service we have had. I would highly recommend Desert Canyon Landscaping for a landscape makeover or for landscape service. I am sure you will find the team as efficient, honest and hardworking as I did. read more
