He was so informative, patient, honest, and truly cared about making sure we understood every step of the process. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in what he does. We had 5 estimates and so glad we went with JJ! We have 3 cars and only way to the front door was walking up the driveway- we needed a pathway to the door. He took our idea of simple, clean and functional and turned it into reality! The entire project was scheduled quickly, and I honestly could not believe they completed everything in just 3 days! It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. We finally decided to get it done so our new dog could have a nice place to play, especially during the summers, where we can control the heat levels. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. Now, it's gorgeous and I can't wait to accessorize!

First, I appreciate that Selvin was quick to respond and great with communication. He came out by the next day to give me a quote on servicing the property. Since the property hadn't been serviced in six weeks while we waited for our previous gardener to hopefully recover, he also had to perform a one-time cleanup given all the growth that happened and the debris that had accumulated. Fast forward another day, Selvin serviced the property, and it looks beautiful. They did such a great job with all the trimming and cleanup. Selvin will be coming back to perform regular maintenance, and I look forward to working with Selvin and his team.

He was very clear with the specifics of the work and gave me a reasonable quote based on the photos I provided. Today, him and his team arrived at the exact time we agreed on, assessed the site, and immediately got to work. I can't express enough how happy I am with the work they did. I provided before and after photos for reference. If I could say anything negative, then I'd say he didn't call or ring the doorbell when he and his team arrived, but overall they were great. Update on the warped synthetic grass border pieces. Custom Touch Landscape owner, Sean, contacted…read moreme and apologized for the lack of communication and took full responsibility for everything. He had one of his guys come out within 3 days of my review and repair all of the boards that were warped. He screwed all four boards together, used multiple stakes on each side (instead of just two originally), and even set the corners into concrete so they wouldn't come up again. Thank you Sean for getting this taken care of.
