Needed my front yard redone after some construction work. He was my 3rd landscaper; 1st one never came back around, 2nd one took a deposit and disappeared. Oscar came exactly when he said he would. Once again, Oscar came through for us. My husband and I had an application in with a Samoyed rescue to adopt a dog, which was selected with virtually no notice.
