Awful awful awful awful awful…read more Our group had a memorable day to say the least, but not in the way you would want on your bachelorette party. As the bride, I can tell you that I was incredibly disappointed in our experience from the second we stepped foot in the 100 degree bus on the way to the lake. Luke told us the AC was just taking a few to kick on, which we later learned was the first of dozens of lies told to us throughout our time with Luke & Spencer. Turns out, Luke did not know how to work with AC which we later learned from his boss, Laura. To take it back a bit further, we asked Luke if we could please stop at a liquor store on the way to the boat, to which he responded that there is a marina at the lake where we could stop. Lie #2. It turns out, the boat is supposedly banned from the marina, which would have been a great thing to know when we initially asked him to stop. I can only imagine why! Once we made it onto the boat, the vibes were high and we were ready to party, except that it took about an hour for Spencer/Luke to "anchor" the boat, which we now refer to as lie #3. It turns out, Spencer used all the gas the day prior and it was effecting the function of the boat for our day. They kept this one going for hours and it prevented us from utilizing the slide (oh just a heads up, there is a camera under the slide for "safety" but these people are about as trustworthy as Casey Anthony so who really knows). We asked to put the leaf in the water about 7 times before Luke finally said "Oh, you want to use the leaf?" Yes Luke, if we hadn't made it clear enough over the course of an hour, we did in fact want to use the leaf. After floating aimlessly for a few, we made our way to a bathroom in the middle of the lake which seemed to Spencer as the perfect place to grill a few hot dogs. Who doesn't want a side of feces instead of ketchup (which they didn't have). Turns out, we actually docked because as I previously mentioned, our boat was not functioning properly. Captain Dusty showed up out of nowhere with a mechanic and this was the first we were actually told there was an issue with the boat. The culmination of this less than stellar day was when we had to head in an hour early from our trip. We jumped on to Dusty's vessel and headed back to land, which honestly was the best part of my day because I would no longer be lied to and gaslit by a group of men who are clearly very used to women who are bit less intuitive. The day had potential to be great but thanks to the crew of bandits, we have had to spend hours demanding we be reimbursed. Don't let the pink color, Spencer's initial charm, or Luke's cluelessness fool you, these guys know just how to take advantage of a group of drunk women. Proceed with caution!

Brittanie was the driver and she was informative, polite and made us feel like the kids were safe in her hands; and for the parent's it was one less thing to worry about the kids not having to drive. There were 8 adults. The advertising states that there was room for 10. You would have to be small children to get 10 in the vehicle. The air vents, some of which did not work , did not keep the inside cool in the slightest. It was at least 90-100 degrees the entire 20 mile trirp. My granddaughter was light headed and did not feel well due to the oppressive temperature. We mentioned this to the driver, who was a really nice gentlemen, and he said he would attempt to cool the inside while we were at dinner. When we were picked up following dinner, the car was not at all cooler. I placed 2 phone calls to the company in an attempt to speak to an owner to no return telephone call. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend the charger limo or this company to anyone until they fix the obvious cooling/air conditioning issues. DG

The response from the employees for our being there was amazing. They all took the time out of their days (which incidentally would have to be made up later, not because they were forced to but because they wanted to keep production levels high) to come and talk with us. They were very interested to know how the AH-64D performed in combat. As is always the case, we never had enough time to talk with all of the people we wanted to talk with. Meeting after meeting, people continued to ask questions concerning their field, again, not because they were given questions to ask, but because they wanted to make a better product. I have never seen so much pride by a group of employees. From the VPs office down to the production line, these people simply care about what they do and their quality of work. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was.
