Throughout that time, communication was outstanding with every e-mail and question promptly addressed. The Grove staff walked us through every step, met every request and every spoken and unspoken need. (For example, light refreshments were provided for the wedding party prior to the ceremony. When they noticed that the guys retrieved the girls' leftovers, they prepared and sent over a huge platter of homemade chicken fingers and fries. This went above and beyond any expectations, but they didn't want the guys hungry.) Guests marveled over the beauty of the entire venue, especially with the glorious sunset and twinkling lights in the trees. The food was absolutely delicious, not your standard event food, and I heard several people remark they had never had a wedding meal this good. Our photographer told us that every meal there was excellent, but our guests especially raved over the almond-crusted chicken tenders, an add-on dish, and the horseradish mashed potatoes. The flow of events from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to cake to dancing to send off was flawless; our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The yard games were thoroughly enjoyed; no one was ever 'bored' waiting for the next event. The decorations and display tables exceeded the bride's vision and everything was carefully packed away at the end of the night for us; Venue at the Grove is truly a full-service wedding facility. They connected us with the best photographer (Tony George), bakery (Sugarlips...people who don't like cake loved it), DJ, bartenders, and Photo Booth people. I could rave endlessly about how pleased we were with everything. However, the biggest difference with this venue is that everyone who worked there truly conveyed that they CARED about ensuring the day was magical for the couple and their guests. It's obvious that Venue at the Grove is a business that operates out of passion for creating happy beginnings. We cannot thank them enough for their role in this special day.

Chairs were comfortable. * Very well decorated. * The acoustics were good. * The microphone/speakers were good. * Bathrooms were clean and stocked. * Room and furnishings were clean. Two refrigerators, two kitchen sinks, stainless steel countertop, island on wheels, all the comforts of home. This is a wonderful space for any event. My event was for an audience of 60 who watched a presentation. The audience sat at decorated tables, and additional chairs were set up as the audience grew. The beverage bar was beautiful with coffee pods, teas, punches, and lots of fruit garnish, lemons, blackberries, and raspberries arranged in a lovely display. Luke attended to our every need throughout the day and never flinched at any request. Always responded with a smile. My group is looking forward to the next event at the Mini Social, which will be next month!!! We are excited.

Maybe next time, more porta potties outside so 1) there are more options and less lines, and 2) the ones that are available aren't so disgusting. I've used many porta johns at many festivals, for this size venue the 3 they had outside (without leaving the show) were gross. I literally could not touch anything in there. Just hover and pee. They had 2 more when you leave but there were no ins/outs so those weren't an option. This can be done better, I know cause I've been to places where taking care of peoples basic needs are more attended to. Anyway, otherwise great time. Warehouse 215 is a nice venue. While I don't know a ton about what types of events they host outside of the one I attended, they had portable chairs set up surrounding the performance. Not the most comfortable chairs but bearable for the hour performance. There's exposed wood on the ceiling which adds to the aesthetic. During the event I attended, there were bars both inside the main area and out (no food though) as well as bathrooms both inside the main area and out. After buying an adult beverage, I accidentally left my credit card at the bar. When I realized it a few minutes later, the bartender was waiting for me with my card. Crisis averted! Overall, pretty nice venue.

Attending a vendor conference in the Phoenix-area, the last night of the conference was a private party on the Desert Foothills grounds. While Phoenix was suffering through an unseasonably cold winter, the amenities of Desert Foothills didn't dampen anyone's spirits in the slightest. From the retro, ranch-like "Welcome" sign, to the warm and welcoming firepits and patio heaters spread generously throughout the grounds, the venue had everything you could ask for in an open air space. Burros wearing cooler saddles entertained--and refreshed--the attendees, and clever miniature buckets containing everything you needed to make s'mores were nice touches. If you did get too cold, the barn area was very warm and toasty, with an impressive light display and plenty of room for dining, mingling, and a live musical performance (one that, with superior sound and speakers throughout the venue, you could hear clearly no matter where you were). Again, everything was top-notch and I'm jealous of anyone that hosts their event here in the future! In the end, I'm really disappointed that I don't live in the Phoenix area as I would love to host or attend more events here.

I appreciated how the long mirror and walls had several hangers which were really convenient. There was a water and ice machine on my floor but it was sadly out of service. Rooms are cleaned every other day by default. The only downside to my experience is that they only do check ins after 4pm. I was placed on a waitlist to see if I could check in earlier but it didn't really make a difference. I don't think I've been at other hotels with these policies before and I would have reconsidered my hotel options had I have know earlier. They do have a bag check service. There is valet parking for sure and I believe there may be self parking as well. The lobby has several computers and several couches/tables as well as restaurant/mini store area.
