They had my first name correct, but kept telling me I had insurance I've never had, until I asked if my first name was spelled correctly. They then discovered my last name was not the same as the one they had pulled up on the screen. How can you not have a list of patients and appointment times? I paid $60 for this service. It took less time for the doctor to assure me that my skin is good than it did for me to check in. The office is crowded and the traffic pattern is wrong. Assistants and doctors squeezing past in the narrow hallway as patients wait to check out. Medicare used to cover the cost of a skin cancer screening. I did have several questions for the doctor, but was so taken aback that I didn't think about them until he was already out of the exam room. I don't plan to return. Too bad there are so few options for doctors in this town.

I went in for a different reason. The first time I was a walk in, his office is very busy. (Tip: schedule an appointment) even so, Dr Flores still made time to fit me in. This is my second visit. I called my plastic surgeon (in California) at which time he confirmed the most amount of Botox he has ever injected was 40 units and that was being overly generous. You guys supposedly injected 50 units and omg so much movement after the fact. In life they say "You pay what you get" indeed I did. A mixture of to much saline and a minuscules amount of Botox. In my 20 years and journey I have never felt so robbed and taken advantage of like I did at Peach Skin and Laser. The fact that you're so near the border should make you all thrive for perfection, because we indeed have options of better service . This comment coming from a California native implanted in Yuma, I have no problem paying for services because I am accustomed to high prices, unfortunately it's evident you I am not unknowingly, or an uneducated clientele, who's not going to challenge you. I read reviews that the staff was awful but I wanted to see for myself. Sadly the reviews were accurate. I had a biopsy on July 2, the PA said to call Wednesday, July 8 for results and no answer. Left a message on the website and three detailed phone messages and have yet to get a call back from them. On my last attempt they told me my results would probably be in on the next day which is Tuesday and Tuesdays they are closed. As of 7/14 zero results of my biopsies. Gave 3 's because the PA was excellent and the facility was very clean.

They did that the last time I came to this clinic, they just give you a strep test to get more money out of you. It was very clear that I had some type of throat infection that I get a couple times a year so I always just get a certain prescription that works and it goes away within a few days. Which I had told the doctor about but she told me I just had bad allergies and prescribed me allergy medication? This review is also tardy in me writing it. Last summer, my husband became quite ill while working out of state. Long term disability became involved. It was a goat rope trying to get anything done. Claudia stayed after bouts, called the manager of the long term disability insurance claims department and turned the denial into an approved claim. This act of going beyond the call of duty allowed us to receive money while husband was out of work and in the hospital in another state. Kudos Claudia
