The good is the branch is in a perfect location. The…read moreunpleasant side is there's not always personal interaction with bank representatives when you walk in, the branches are not always senior citizens friendly who need help and support. It's sad that banks don't want to talk to you unless you have an account or a scheduled. Friendly customer service is turning to stone. This is happening at many financial institutions, but we expect better. Lastly it's a little disappointing that the drive through run out of fund to do your banking and that the inside the lobby is not accessible with a security lock to use after hours.
